Course Curriculum Overview
As a discipline, ECE focuses on the design of underlying hardware systems and curriculum is directed to applications in major areas such as telecommunications, energy and electronics sectors. It is a four years (8 Terms) programme with a lateral entry facility for first class diploma holder students at 3rd Term.
Internships Opportunities
No, During at the time of my graduation,the college is not offering internship and later on i am not sure whether they would change rules and regulations of college.
Placement Experience
College is acting as present Placement Coordinator for Nalanda Educational Society group of colleges at Siddharth Nagar Campus, supported by five senior faculty members to look after the needs of this placement cell. They are continuously guiding the students in achieving their goals and encourages students to take participation in workshops and paper presentation contests as well as that are conducted by other institutions in and around .
College Events
Every year college organise,different events like technical, cultural and festivals and sports events. For cultural events,our college is good and once again thank you to our college for providing such a good cultural activities and given opportunities to everyone to explore management skills. Such a good place "NIET".
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is feasible and paid fee as per government mentioned fee. There is no fee expensive in our college. For 1st year fee:-28,000 and will be same for all the years. This amount is decided by AP government. If you are eligible for any reimbursement then college won't demand fee.
Fees and Financial Aid
To be frank ,at that time i am not aware of loans provided by college .Recently I heard that NIET is providing loans to students who are from backward classes. I am not sure about this as i am not in the college.
Exam Structure
Every year we have 2-4 labs based on year. For 1st year we have 6 labs and from 2nd to final year ,we have 2 labs each semester and yearly 4 labs. So we have to clear all the labs through external exam which is conducted by JNTU Kakinada. Based on results,you are allowed to further process.
Admission
Through EAMCET entrance test and the process is defined by GOVT.After EAMCET results ,The AP government has released counselling date and attended the same and applied the NIET college. I have given 1st preference to NIET college in counselling process and got the same thing.
Faculty
All the faculty in NIET should be done M.tech in any university. So our college also follows same rules which are given by government .Based on faculty specialisation and requirement in our college ,They have allocated to particular courses. Every month we have to submit feedback on respective stuff and based on feedback management has to decide who are eligible to next semester.
