Course Curriculum Overview

I wanted to pursure MBA/PGDM, that is why I choose this course.Student Ratio: 50:50All the faculty are highly qualified, teaching method is fine.Course is divided in 4 semesters which are easy to pass.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 745000 per year

Internships Opportunities

I've done my internship in SMC Global securities Ltd. This was provided by the college itself. Stipend was not provided. I mainly has online training sessions on stock market.

Placement Experience

A student is eligible for job after completeion of 3rd semester. Many companies such as Delloite, Asian Paints, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, XL Dynamics EtcAverage Package is 5 lakh p.a70% of students gets placed from campus.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee Structure is divided in 6 installments.There is no scholarship availableYou can apply for education loan.Summer Internship have also great track record.Stipend was given by some companies, but not provided by many.

Campus Life

Though we've still not visited campus because of COVID 19. We had some online fests and games.Offline Library is really good and many books and journals are available.Classrooms are fully air conditoned and equipped with many facilities.No there is no socil club or] website runned by college students.

I had to give college own entrance test and then two rounds of interview.Test was on the same pattern as CAT but the difficulty level was easy.Interview questions were mainly about myself.

Placement Experience:

Compass provide a place the highest package our were born is 20 lakhs per annum from the Fite department and the average placement gets around 8 to 10 laks and the minimal is7-8 lakhs. The placement is good in sales and finance department. Most of the companies comes for sales and Management. You can also offer for the finance.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum is highly Economics focused hence the name Business Economics. Its a plus point for people coming from Economics background however others struggle a bit. All in all one needs to study really hard.

Placement Experience:

Till the time of writing, I am in 3rd month of my 5 month last semester and in my class about 60% of my batch is placed. You have to submit a student body fee of 40000 a year to be eligible for taking placements as this help out in having events organized outside the college. As there is no placement cell provided by DU, our student body is mostly run by students. Currently highest package offered was about 27 lpa and roles that have come are management trainee, Junior Data scientist, risk analyst etc.

Placement Experience:

The university provide both the internship and placements opportunities to the students. For summer internships the companies start visiting the campus after 4-5 months from joining the college and everyone is eligible for that. The 2 month summer internship is mandatory for every student. And for final placements companies visits in the last semester of the course. The highest package for MBA is 23 lakhs and average package is approx 7-8 lakhs. The placements rate is approx 70-80% In terms of ROI college is good.

As i score 66%ile in CAT so when i applied for FOSTIIMA i was in normal batch not in elite one. But if you score less than 65%ile in CAT so you have to give FBSAT an Enterance Exam of fostiima and after that you will be selected if you scored well...Read More

Best college in Delhi for MBA students

The college takes admission through CAT and CMAT and also conducts its entrance test. You get an application on the college website i.e. fostiima.org. The placement is good around 9 lac - 12 lac and the fees of the college for 2 years PGDM is around 8 lakh. The best B-school in Delhi....Read More
