Superb College-Sengunthar Engineering College

I applied to government Engineering College, Salem. There are no seats available in that college, so I didn't attend. Yes, I availed of the Government quota for the admission process and I am a first graduate. The government gives some scholarships for the first graduate. The eligibility to joining the college is must pass the board exam for 10th and 12th and age is equal or greater than 16. The admission process is done by a counseling and online mode. I did counseling in the month of June.

I am very interested in this field, so I chose a maths-science course in 12th and get a High score. The student faculty-student ratio is 30 students as per one staff. All Assistant professors must complete a master's degree in any other institution. The Head of the department professor is completed a master's degree and Ph.D. They conducted the exams after completed one unit and sometimes they conducted the class test and improve the knowledge of students, so you will get an easy pass in the semester exam.

Two or more companies are offered the internship in my college. The one manufacturer company select a few of the students in our department to doing an internship. The stipend is provided based on our performance in the company. I and my friends create one project, which gives an output of 95 percent.

The placements are good in our college. The 7th and 8th-semester students are allowed to attend the placements in our college. Many of the top companies visit our college with a yearly package of 4lac and more than. Example CTC, Tata, team detailing solutions Pvt Ltd, TCS, zifo and etc. Nearly 75 percent of students placed a company on the college campus. My plans after getting a degree place one company in our college placement drive.

My college yearly fees are Rs.55,000 and I am the first graduate of my family, so the government provided some scholarships for there. I got one internship when I studied for the third year. That company name is Internshala. The stipend is based on my performance in the Internship.

They conducted many annual fests in my college likeluminus2k20, Aasthivara2k18, technical symposium 2020, sarayu20 and etc.., Nearly 1000 plus books in Every department and Each topic. We have an e-library and a minimum data speed of 8 MB per sec. Every class contains 30 two sitter benches and we have a good environmental conditions. At The end of the month, they conducted a Tamil fest on our college campus. The social groups and clubs' names are NSS, NCC, Rotary club, Speaker club, placement training, and Tamil speaker club.
