Remarks
College was recommended by one of my mentors who is a good friend of a director of ISBMS. Admission was done through CAP rounds based on MBA CET score. Admission criteria to take admission in this college is the candidate must have appeared for one of the MBA entrance exams like MBA CET, CAT etc.
Course Curriculum Overview
ISBMS provides an advanced course of 15 specialization subjects APM(Advanced Programme in Marketing) for marketing and APBF(Advanced Programme in Banking and Finance) for finance. The institute also has value-added courses like aptitude, Advanced Excel and English in the MBA programme. Institute takes 20 students per specialization that helps mentors to pay attention to every student. All the experienced faculties provided by the institute are from industry help to give good industry exposure and real-time market knowledge.
Internships Opportunities
Internships start in the 3rd semester of the MBA course. Institute provides lots of internship opportunities for different job roles. Companies like ITC, BYJU's come to campus with internship opportunities. 2-3 months long internships gives stipend from Rs.3000 per month to Rs.18000 per month (for BYJU's).
Placement Experience
After 3rd semester the college starts giving placement opportunities in the campus. Companies like MarketsandMarkets, Morgan Stanley, Crisil, Godrej, MRF, Decathlon, BYJU's come to campus every year to hire freshers.
Fees and Financial Aid
Institute charges Rs.4,70,000 for the course. One can get a scholarship of 1 lakh or 2 lakhs by applying to government scholarship schemes. Institute also provides scholarship opportunities through corporate CSR activities.
Campus Life
There are many fests like Freshers party, industry visits are conducted by the college. There is a dedicated library and projector installed classrooms for MBA students at the campus. The institute conducts many value-added activities sports activities, team building activities, presentations, group discussions that help students to grow for better employability.
