Remarks

Admissions taken here are based on the 10th and 12th percentages. I was selected by the college based on my 10th percentage. On the day of counseling day, I was supposed to select my subjects and deposits my documents.

Course Curriculum Overview

I want to do software engineering from the beginning. So I decided to do software engineering. And I best college is best for it. There are 100 teachers total. We have 2 semesters and 4 internals. It is easy if you study well

Class Size: 140Course Fees: INR 85000 per year

Placement Experience

The campus is present there. Tata , zindal companies come here to to give placement. Maximum 80% students get placement. So we just have to study well and get placement. I m trying to do because. Then I will go for further studies.

Fees and Financial Aid

No, the cost is ok. It's not so high. There many scholarships which are provided such as Pragati and preana. Even we have low hostel fees. That is 35000. The hostel is very good and well maintained. We get stipen if we score 95% and many industries like Tata, Jindal came here for the campus.

Campus Life

We celebrate the annual day, sports day, teacher day, and many other festivals. We have a great library where many books are there. Winners are given prizes on sports day. And recognition too. Best is an official group that is maintained by our seniors.

Hostel Facilities

Bed, study table, cupboards, and the hanger are given. The bathroom is well maintained and cleaned every day. 3 times meal is given by the hostel. Registering in a hostel is easy there. We are given chance to choose our beds and room and even roommates

Hostel Fee: INR 35000 per year

Life at NIST

Placement Experience:

I actually have a very little idea about placements of our uni few seniors says there is not a single company visiting, while few were discussing the highest placement which was something like 20lpa or something,i think companies do visit our campus it may not be much but i have definetly seen one or two companies visiting. I plan to do MBA after my Btech so i am not that serious about whether i am getting placed or not.

Placement Experience:

Amazon, Google, Wipro, HCL Tech and many such which has been around for a while in the tech business and has built tech for many overseas companies too are the ones which have already started coming. I am in my final year and around 40% students have already been recruited and I hope before this semester ends, i too get placements.
