ADMISSION PROCESS :- for admission in B-Tech (any course) is based on the Entrance Exam conduct by AKTU known as UPSEE or can take admission directly on the Merit-Basis. I don't applied in any of college for this course except my college (MVIET). No, I don't availed any Quota for admission in this college. ADMISSION CRITERIA in Electrical Engineering :- some are the admission criteria are listed below - @ should passed (10+2) examination with science Stream and mathematics as a compulsary subject. @ Obtained atleast 45% for general and OBC ( 40% in case of candidates belonging to reserve category ). @ Direct admission in B-Tech (2nd - year) as a Lateral Entry is possible only when students passed a Diploma from an AICTE approved institute. ON THE DAY OF COUNSELLING:- Students have to fill an admission-form with the choice of course or branch offered by the college along with the mandatory documents like -- Results, Aadhar-Card, Passport size photo (2 pcs), Transfer Certificate.

Course Curriculum:- This course is for 4 years and is divided into 8 semesters. Each semester carries 6 theory papers & 4 practical papers and a total of 1000 marks. Faculty Info:- There are enough faculty for the electrical engineering course. Each subject is allowed to each faculty. I choose this course because I love this field since my childhood time. I personally love the domain of electrical engineering and it is a very practical course for people who love inventing. Faculty:Student ratio is about 1:7. All the faculty of Electrical Engineering are well educated and qualified & their teaching methods are Focused more on teaching for improving their intellect behaviour by using various new and innovative ideas rather than making them recite the syllabus to clear the examination. Term Exams are held on time but this time, due to this pandemic. The exams schedule are affected. If students are studying on regular basis, then it is easy to clear the examination.

There is a placement cell in the college for organizing the campus placement for the students. Basically, if the student is in 7 semesters become eligible for campus placement. Many companies visited the college for campus placement. Some of the company names are - Bajaj Motor, HCL, Hero, Bajal Electrical, etc. The company offering the highest package of 5 - 6 LPA and an average package of 3 - 4 LPA. Approximately 75% of the students of final year are getting placement but this time due to pandemic, the placement is affected. My plan after completed my course and getting the degree is to become the Electrical Design Engineer in the core company where the learning curve is great and hard-working is appreciated.

The fees structure of the college for B-Tech courses are affordable in comparison to other colleges. The BTech course fees are Rs 50000 per year & the opportunity of scholarship are maximum or we can say each student who can fill the scholarship form can det the scholarship. I was not getting a scholarship because I was not filling the scholarship form. Campus Job:- There is a placement cell in the college that arrange the job opportunity for the final year student. Many companies visited the college for campus placement but due to this pandemic scenario, the placement of students are affected.

There are many types of festivals & Parties celebrated in the college like - Fresher Party in September, Tech fest in December. Availability of books & journals in the library is enough to present. The library is full of books related to every course and some other technical books. The classroom is full of amenities like - Ventilation and air quality, Space and size are enough, acoustic and noise, proper lighting, etc. Annual sports are organised in the college & many extracurricular activities are organised in the college like presentations, essay competitions, group discussion.
