Besides Arya, I had also applied to JEC college, but I did not join there because of the placement. The admission process was pretty simple, I just have to submit my 10th, 12th class mark sheet, and Aadhar Card (photocopy) and had to fill the form, and then my admission was done.
Course Curriculum Overview
I had chosen the B-Tech CSE course in Arya Institute of Engg. and Technology because I have a keen interest in Computers, their programming. The faculties are qualified. Most of them are PHD holders, and the majority of the faculty hold good experience(6-7) in Teaching Industry. The Mid Terms exams are of a good level. Usually, teachers teach and give questions in the paper which has practical implications and the questions are as per RTU pattern.
Internships Opportunities
This College suggests students complete at least one internship within their second year. Arya Institute of Engg. and Technology has a separate internships cell. Recently ISRO offered internships to the students of AIET. Many other companies like L&T Constructions, Ircon International Limited, Tata Projects Limited, Sterling & Wilson, Ircon International Limited, Jaypee Group, Punj Lloyd, Essar Group, Gammon India Limited, GMR Group and so on provide internships.
Placement Experience
More than 85 companies visit Arya Institute of Engg. and Technology to recruit students. The average package is offered to students is about 4 LPA. The highest package is 44 LPA (MICROSOFT) to 7 students. As I am in my 2nd year, I could either do a start-up or go abroad for higher studies.
Campus Life
As I joined this college in 2020, I haven't got much chance to attend the events yet because of this pandemic but many online events like Yoga Day has been organised on the occasion International Yoga Day. As this pandemic made us do almost everything online, Arya Institute of Engg. and Technologykeeps organising different kinds of webinars which are very useful to students.
Hostel Facilities
The college offers separate hostel facilities for boys and girls. There are two kinds of rooms available in the hostel which are A/C and Non- A/C. Also, students can opt. between 2-seater or 3- seater rooms. Arya Institute of Engg. and Technology provides 4 meals to students. There are different indoor facilities like indoor badminton courts, gyms, etc.
