Remarks

As a graduate of this university, the option of pursuing an MBA there felt like a homecoming to me. The minimum qualifying marks were 55% in under graduation. The merit list was published based on the entrance exam score (CAT, CMAT). CMAT qualified candidates were given preference in the merit list.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Coming from an economics background, pursuing MBA in this subject seemed very relevant. Subjects like Managerial economics, Statistical method, Business environment, Finance Management, International trade theory are parts of my curriculum. A strong grip on the basics of math and economics is helping me to understand these subjects. We have four semesters; I am now in my second semester. The faculty members of our department were excellent.

Placement Experience

3.5

I saw that in the previous several top multinational companies and business houses like Infosys, Genpact, TCS, Amazon, Just Dial Ltd. Wipro, Vatsin technology took part in the campus recruitment program. A range of 3 LPA to 5 LPA salary packages have been to my seniors. In the last year, we were allowed to take part in the seminars arranged by some of the companies. Campus recruitment in this course offered different job positions like International marketing manager, financial analyst, sales executive, business development manager, etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Besides the annual tuition fees, we also paid some other fees, such as academic charges and admission fees, making the total fee of Rs 77500. The University has provided the facility of scholarship based on the percentage of qualifying marks. This course aims to make us skilled for the professional field; it has a bright job prospect. As much as I know, my seniors have got jobs in some interesting job profiles with some decent packages.

Campus Life

4.5

The automated central library is the place of attraction for us due to its different features like different books, journals, periodicals, reports, etc. There are several facilities on campus such as a swimming pool, gym, hospital, cafeteria, etc. Students arrange different cultural events like fests, competitions, and so on to foster their talents.' PARADIGM' is one of the well-known tech fests organized by students every year. In addition to participating in various sports, students spend their free time playing table tennis, badminton, and billiards.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is designed to teach the basic and fundamental subjects of computer science to students. In each subject, the difficulty level is below moderate. There are some subjects which meet the industry standards and prepare students for jobs in market. But many subjects are out-dated and their syllabus is not upto standard mark of industry requirements. There is an urgent need to update the syllabus and make it more industry demands-oriented. The teaching methods used are good but some updates can make them more better. Less focus is given on practical knowledge and labs. In each semester, you will have sessional exams two times for all 5 subjects. In each year, there are two semesters and in each semester you will havee final exams in the month of December and May.

Special aspects is it has coding and it is related to technology. It prepares us very good for industries and further academic pursuits. Suggested area of improvement is in c++ coding class they teach us only theory not coding. Exams happens in every 2 months.

i think the students become eligible for placements from the 13th term. our first batch hasn't graduated yet. they are due to graduate in 2026. but certain law firms which have visited our college and have offered internships to our students are Khaitan & Co., Luthra, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, IndusLaw. Honestly, I have not decided yet what career i would want to pursue but yes, having a campus placement in hand definitely gives a sense of security. I may pursue an LLM after this or may enter into litigation.
