My CAT score was 82%, which is why I opted for private universities. One of my school seniors suggested me the name of OPJS University. Then I had collected the information about the university from their official web page, and the infrastructure seemed very nice to me. I submitted the online application, and the merit list was published based on personal interview and entrance exam scores.
Course Curriculum Overview
Different Subjects like Quantitative Methods, Business Policy, Strategic Analysis, Marketing of Services, Brand Management, Management of Industrial Relations, Marketing Management, etc were parts of our curriculum. In addition to theoretical concepts, case studies and summer training projects were part of the curriculum. It is a two-year full-time postgraduate program with four semesters. The faculty members of our department were excellent.
Placement Experience
The MBA program in marketing is a job-oriented program, which is why it offers a good job outlook. Some of the top recruiters of the campus recruitment program were Google, Aditya Birla Group, Bajaj Allianz, Deloitte, HCL, and Berger. An average salary package of 3.5 lac had been offered in that recruitment programmme. Campus recruitment in this course offered different job positions like marketing manager, Brand manager, media planner, asset manager, etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Our annual total fees were Rs. 22700, which includes registration fees, examination fees, and tuition fees. There was no scholarship facility for us but the PhD. scholars got the scholarship facility. The placement cell at OPJS University helped us with the required training and supported us with proper guidance throughout our MBA journey. We got the opportunity to learn from the industry experts about the current trends and events.
Campus Life
Our Lecture halls were well equipped with smart gadgets like sound systems, Multimedia technology, LCDs & Projectors, etc. we used to do the reference work in our automated and digital library which can be called a Book Bank, Boxing, Volley Ball, Table Tennis, shooting were the parts of the sports tournament which were organized by the authority. The students formed a club for outdoor activities such as hiking, trekking, and nature walks called the adventure club.
