I wrote JEE main and qualified the entrance test since I belong to unreserved category I was unable to broke into the top nit colleges and I wasn't able to make the cut in JEE advance. Though I got a seat through counselling in nit it was far from my destination and due to extreme climatic conditions my family members forced me to join this local engineering colleges nearer to my house.

Not great really should I say the colleges now a days are more focused towards earning profits that they ignore the importance of research they design a curriculum like schools and follow them blindly. The course consist of six subjects each of six chapters and a technical paper presentation. A group project is conducted along with the theory subjects.

They don't provide it directly as many colleges do but they will provide NOC if someone wants to do internship from any organisation or company.

Placement are done usually as in the case of many colleges. Companies like TCS, wipro, cognizant come to the campus and helds interview and technical round. Normally the packages would be around 3-5L per annum depending upon individuals. Generally the highest package is given to them who have excellent communicational skills and technical knowledge.

When it comes to events I think engineering colleges stands on top of anyone. Technical fest like sree vision, cultural nights and other fest's like trinity are held in an academic year. These are organised by the college but administered by the senior group of student generally all the colleges are invited to the fest's.

The fee structure is quite high considering the fact that the resources and the infrastructure they provide . MU college fee cost around 1 Lac per annum excluding the university fee and the examination fee which combined duly figure out to round about 1.5L per annum.

Scholarship are not offered by our college. As far as providing loans are concerned they collaborate with bank and helps us in assistance of loans .

Generally in our college there is no gender bias and gender inequality the gender ratio is high towards boys to girls. As far as extra curricular activities are concerned we have robotics as a core subject. Sports involve football and cricket we have a college football team and we organise football tournament every year other than that we also have indoor games competitions like chess, carroms competition.

Exams are held as usual and the infrastructure in labs is very poor. They use the equipments which were bought when the institution started and there are no updated machinery and equipments. The maintenance of the labs are also very poor and condition of the equipment they use is too poor.

More the money they get as good is the faculty this phrase can be applicable to all the colleges. As state colleges are striving hard to earn money they employ faculty who demand less salary though they may be below par of expectations same I'd apply to my college who employed faculty of less experienced and scarcity of knowledge and research.
