I have applied for Anantha Lakshmi, Balaji and Gates college but I have chosen gates college because of the experienced faculty who gives us practical experience. To join this course people need to have completed their graduation above 65% of marks.
Course Curriculum Overview
I am passionate to learn about business strategies and development in business. So I have chosen an MBA course. Out of 100 students, 10 faculty are available. Faculty are very much experienced and their teaching methods are easy to grasp and understand. Every month we will be having exams and for every 4 months, we are having semester exams. It is difficult to pass if we study only before exams.
Internships Opportunities
The college has offered internships like Zolo, growth arrow, grow up advisory, universal tribes etc. Stipend has been provided based on the candidate performance during the internship period. Roles offered by the companies are sales and marketing and equity analyst.
Placement Experience
In the final year first semester people are allowed to campus placements. Companies like Tech Mahindra, Edwisor, Cognizant, Infosys, Wipro, Mphasis are visited campus. 80% of the students got placed on the campus. The highest package of 5 lakhs and the lowest package of 2.4 lakhs is offered. I have got placed in campus placement.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee for the MBA course is 27000. I have got a job in Tech Mahindra in campus placement. The scholarship is also provided to the students who are having creative skills and encourage them further. I have received an award for the rank I got in icet examination and received money reward.
Campus Life
In February annual day will be conducted. A full stock library is available in the college. Many books daily newspapers, journals and magazines and old question papers and records are available for further clarification. Sports and extracurricular activities are encouraged on the campus. We have a management student club in our department.
