Entrance Preview
I haven't written any entrance exams. My H.S.E cut off mark is 171.25. Because of my lowest cut off . I don't have seats in other better colleges Trichy being my home town , I opt to this college.
Course Curriculum Overview
As I'm a mechanical engineering student. I had all my interest on practical training . But there is no preference for practical in my college. The practical is a part of grade scoring paper according to my college. The elective papers are even chosen only by my college, we weren't given any option.
Internships Opportunities
No, we are not aware what an internship is. Not any of the students went for an internship on my knowledge.
Placement Experience
As i'm a mechanical student, i wasn't called up for any software company jobs. Not any mechanical company came to my college. As a topper I was invited for an off-campus by a designing company. But the selection over there was limited by no. of heads per college. As per my Knowledge, only 1 was placed that too in off-campus . Not known about his salary.
College Events
Technical Symposium will be celebrated every year for each department of my college. The participation will be from other district colleges as well. New events will be conducted by all departments every year. Yoga is one of the pillar of our college, Events regarding yoga will held throughout the year in my college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
My college is the most feasible of all other colleges in my district. I have completed my engineering degree with wholesome amount of Rs.3,20,000. Inclusive of all charges. As i gone through counselling , my fee structure is a bit less than others. Tution fees - 40,000 per year, lab fees 5000 per year, note book fees - 2500 per year, uniform fees - 1500 per year, transport charges - 11000 per year.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes, my college serves better in availing scholarships. I have gained my B.C scholarship all the four years , an amount of rs. 5500 per year. Minority scholarships, first graduate scholarship all are available in my college.
Alumni/Alumna
My college have alumni only in records. we haven't contacted anyone till date. Even the alumni's won't refer themselves as they have studied in my college.
Exam Structure
Yes, of course the exam and lab days are always hectic. My college will follow the procedures involved by the anna university. It will be chilled out , if we were given proper training and good teaching. My colleges lags in teaching and training. so it wasn't so easy to score good grades for me.
Faculty
My college faculties are the best in trichy, while I was admitted there. Later on my college faced some big financial crisis. So there were some Debts to be paid for the faculties. so all of them left my college. Thereafter the M.E alumni's of my college became our faculties.
