Remarks

The admission to this University is based on the merit of the 12th class i.e. the percentage scored in the 12th class. The process is very simple, you just need to fill a form available on the website in June from there you can fill the form and there will be a merit list based on your percentage after that you will be called for counselling and if you have higher ranks in the merit list there are great chances that you will join in. There are several quotas based on different categories and also for Delhi and non Delhi candidates there is a special quota for army children.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course offers exposure to different multi talented teachers and their experience in their specific field. The faculty here well qualify as well as knowledgeable. The ratio of student to teacher is 30:1. There are different PhD pursuing professors and then there are HODs. The HODs are well qualified from different Esteemed colleges like BHU, AIIMS, Jamia Hamdard, DU, DIPSAR etc.

Internships Opportunities

5

There are several internship programmes within the college and also outside the college organised by the college. The internship is a must for getting the degree because of the practical work in the later on professional life. The university also organises and permits different pharmaceutical industrial visits and internships.

Placement Experience

4

Campus placements occur in the last sem of graduation. Companies with demand and vacancy come and have a different set of rules for the shortlisting and different rounds of counselling. Some companies look for students above 70% overall while some look for students above 60% overall. Companies like Eli Lilly, Iqvia, ZS come for placements and the salary offered is bw 4-5 lacs CTV.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure keeps on changing after various provisions of the then current Delhi state govt. There are various scholarships programmes offered for the help of students. There are scholarships for PWD students girl students hailing from Kashmir and also some special scholarships for the minority students of a different religion. Some scholarships are offered by AICTE for higher education.

Campus Life

5

The campus is small but rejuvenating as it's in the heart of Delhi, there are various attractions in the university like a sports complex, swimming pool, herbal garden, animal house, library auditorium and college canteen. Above all this, there are various college societies like Fitoor- the drama society, Raag- the musical society, Malang-the dance society, Verve-the literature society, etc. These societies take part in Delhi level competition and above all have many certificates and awards in their name topping them is Fitoor which has most active participation in the college as well as outside the college.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

The hostel rooms are old but renovation work is being carried out from 2020 and rooms are well equipped and properly ventilated. The mess is a problem though because no fixed tender is being alloted yet it keeps on changing due to which hostellers suffer sometimes but for that tiffin services are available which are at affordable cost. The registration process for hostels is basically based on the distance of your native place from the college. The more the distance the more convenient for you to get a hostel. Though the priority is given to non Delhi students first then if there are any vacant rooms students from Delhi are considered. Basic fees of 10000 are submitted at the time of registration out of which 5000 are security fees and for the mess, the charges were 2500 for 1 quarter of the year as of last year but things might change after the complete opening of the university. If you don't get a hostel you don't need to worry there are many PGs nearby the campus within 2-3 KM.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Honestly, the curriculum is quite good and covers the main subjects needed for B.Pharm. I chose this course because it gives a good mix of pharmaceutical theory and practical knowledge. The practical classes help in understanding the concepts better and the course provides a useful foundation for further studies and future jobs in the pharmaceutical field.

Placement Experience:

Well dipsar has high placements for mpharm candidates... during there 1st year actually... Though bpharm 3rd and 4th year candidate also get few opportunities... But most companies prefer mpharm students as mot bpharm holders persue higher study... Last yrs highest package is 12lakh per annum And average is 5lakh per annum As I mentioned previously Dipsar itself is a brand...so you will get preference over other in office campus also... I plan to persue higher study after getting degree... But even if I have to work..Ill prefer to join production or QA-QC department ... Rather than management
