A Brief review of Rawal College of Education

I applied only for Rawal college of Education in CRSU University Jind. For Haryana Residents there is 85% seats reserved in every college in haryana. Admission is purely on the basis of merit based on the marks of Graduation/Post Graduation on whichever basis you want to take admission. Highest marks are prefferd according to the merit list. There is no age bar for admission in BEd Course. The admission process was very easy. They verified the documents and deposited the fees in account section and the admission was confirmed.

I want to become a PGT Teacher so i chose BEd. Because BEd is a must degree for teaching in Schools. The faculty is very friendly and helpful. They help you in every way possible. They teach in Bilingual medium. Most of the teachers are net Qualified, Post Graduate and Head of the Department is PhD. There are weekly Assignment given by every teacher and Internal exams are held for preparation of terminal exams.

Fees for 1 year is around 44000-45000. There is no extra charge taken other than some stationary material ranging from 500-1000 rupees per year. There are various scholorship schemes for OBC and SC ST students by the government which you can apply

There is a big Library in the department having books related to every subject The Classroom is very tidy and well lit. There is the provision of smart classrooms also. There are various opportunities for sports activities like Football, Cricket, Badminton etc. Extra-Curricular Activities like Singing, dancing, drama, painting,slogan writing, poem recitation,yoga etc are held regularly. Faculty takes students to visits places like Baalbhavan, NGO's etc regularly.
