College Days.

Well over all experience was quit good but it could be better in term of fees and academics.

For the engineering course I opt for PET. I have scored around 30 to 40 % in examination. I have chosen this college because it is in my home town.

It was so so actually I have felt that, that was more theory based. It could be better if whole curriculum based on practical basis. The course should be more concentrate on practicals so that good understanding of the field can be gathered. Also the viva needs to be strict.

No when I was in my college I have not experienced any kind of such scenario. I mean that time there was not any kind of internship.

The job opportunities at my time was not so good. That time Information Technology field were facing recession scenario however our college arranged some campus interviews which was not so help full for me at that time. Well around package at that time was 1.8 lacks to 3.4 lacks approx.

There are some of events are organised in our college when I was in. Like cultural event. Actually we are the first batch of our college as I remembered the first even was named as"Tarang 2010". There are also some of technical events are held like workshops and seminars etc which are based on different fields.

Well it was little bit expensive. Since I am belonging to a middle class family. The Fees structure was around 55 thousands per semester including bus fee. In each semester we have to pay exam fees also and some additional expenses are also there like books and all.

No as I know about this there is no such type of thing was provided by my college yes but there are some of scholarships which are provided to reserved candidates.

Well I have spent a good campus life due to my friends. There is big campus in my college and a lush green garden. With my batch actually girls ratio was low as compared to boys and that was saddest part. Our college held some extracurricular like workshops and seminars several times. Labs are best part of our college we have well equipped lab for all branches.

I have not used hostel facilities and mess but my some of friends are staying there and told that both facilities are enough good but the terms of food it could be better. I also have some experience about food over there and mine reviews are same as my friends.

Well the college contacted me as well other students for such type of activities but due to job and other things I was not able to attend such kind of activities.

The exam structure was based on University Pattern. We have to face mid term semester exams before final exams followed by viva and practical exams. For the same we need to submit assignments. Before main exams we need to face viva exams which conducted by external faculties of other colleges.

First I have attended Pre Engineering Test and after the results I have gone through counseling stage at Rajeev Gandhi Technical University, Bhopal. After which I have selected Information Technology branch. With document submission at local stage at college I have joined course of BE (IT).

Well some of faculties are best as I have experienced in my college. They have good command on there particular subjects. I can say that over all experience with faculties were good. But I must say that most of the progress was relied on over own efforts.
