Remarks
The entrance test was conducted by the JCECEB. After the result, the counseling was conducted where seats were allotted by the ranks or the availability of the seats. Many more colleges were on the list some of them are RIMS Ranchi PMCH Dhanbad and MGM Jamshedpur. There were no age criteria for the course but the only top100 rankers had the choice of selecting their colleges and the courses. I opted for RIMS and got the course Diploma in dialysis. After the counseling, the admission date was released and I reached here.
Course Curriculum Overview
The only reason for choosing this course was the further carrier options as the no. of kidney failure patients is increasing day by day which is leading to the increment of superficiality hospitals and good carrier options too. RIMS has good faculty team which includes the assistant professors and the seniors residents of the respective departments. Their teaching styles are superbly amazing. And since the course is of two is years only so I got to give two terminal exams and a final exam. The questions were easy to attempt.
Internships Opportunities
The internship for one year is provided by the RIMS management only and in the respective departments of the courses and stipend rupees 10000 per month. The experience certificate is highly considered in the other hospital managements which creates a good carrier option.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees are not that much high and can be easy to be paid and the students who belong from the SC ST and OBC quota got back the same amount as their scholarship. After the completion of course one year internship is provided to all students of rupees 10000 as stipen.
Campus Life
There is nothing like an annual fest but the fresher's students are warmly welcomed by their seniors on a grand freshers party as well. The OT Anesthesia technician day dialysis technician day is celebrated on the respective dates. The college is having a nice collection of books from several departments.
