It's a 5-year degree course with 10 semesters which includes Architectural tours, hands-on workshops, design exhibitions, expert seminars, and fellowship programs with abroad universities. All the Architectural firms offer vacancies for intern architects and after degrees for junior architects with stipends starting from 25000 to 40000 per month. Projects are based on the type of Architectural firm or organization it is. It can be of small scale, medium scale, and large scale projects. The projects can be residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, or landscape. The role of a junior architect is to draft design drawings, prepare cost estimation of the project, presentation drawings, deal with contractors and other consultants.

From semester 8 students become eligible for campus placements as they have to undergo 6 months of professional training after which they join back college for design dissertation (thesis) in the final year. After getting the degree they can apply for their registration/license number in the Council of Architecture which can be used for Architectural practice. They can continue working with the firm if they and the organization want to. There was 100% placement in internship sem 8.

The yearly fee is INR 105000/- and the fee hike is according to the norms set by the University of Mumbai. If a student belongs from ST, SC, or OBC category, the Government of Maharashtra has a scholarship, it can be availed upon submitting the required caste certificate and for more details contact Vishwaniketan office. Synergia is the annual fest which is held in the month of February. There are around 900+ books in the library. Classrooms have audio-visual facilities, a studio for practical work, an auditorium, an exhibition hall, a material lab, and a computer lab. Annual Sports and cultural events are conducted in the month of Jan - March.
