The course needs to be updated because it is back-dated.

I took RMCAAT exam as an entrance test, i scored 130/240 (Not remember exactly) and my Rank was 71. I heard that this is the best college for MCA in Jaipur, so i joined this college.

RTU (Rajasthan Technical University) provides us course. The course needs to be updated very badly, because the thing which is taught us, is back dated. The IT industry works on Big data, cloud computing, NoSQL etc. these days, but RTU teaches us DBMS, Software engineering etc. which should be updated more theories and less amount of practical studies.

No, but it invites companies to conducts interviews for students for Jobs and internship. most of students get internship on campus.

The placement is better than the other MCA colleges. Most of students get on campus jobs and internship. In my batch 30 out of 60 were selected in different companies for internship or jobs. Mostly companies in jaipur offers 2.0 lac some companies like knoldus software (Noida) offers 3.6 lacs.

Montage is Annual IT festival of college in the festival college send invitation to different MCA colleges to participate in festival some competitions are conducted like blind coding, photography, rangoli competition etc. No IIIM students are allowed to participate in the compitition, IIIM students can only host the festival.

The fee structure is given by RTU to the college the fee is paid semester wise to the college. At my time (2012- 2015), fee was 25k to 28k per semester. Now it may be increased to 35K per semester the college has hostel for girls, for that you have to pay extra.

There is no loan / scholarship facility offered by the college. But there are so many banks which provide education loans.

The campus is small. the number of students is also lesser then any other college. The faculty know every student by there name, which is a very positive part of the college. gender ratio may be 3:2 for male:female college provides labs for students for practical exercise and library for books. the library is very large and has many books. It has volleyball court in college.

I am not aware of the fee structure of the hostel, but there is only girls hostel in the college there is no boys hostel in the college but i am sure about this that fee is quite high for the hostel, the mess food is good. i have eaten it in some events of college.

The alumni meet is organised every year the network is strong and it is helpful for students to get placed in companies.

There are 6 semesters in MCA (3 years). In every semester there are 2 mid-terms (Internal exams) conducted and final exams are scheduled by RTU (Rajasthan Technical University). there is minimum 75% attendance criteria in the collage otherwise they inform to guardians of the students.

I filled for for RMCAAT exam. RMCAAT exam is entrance exam for MCA in Rajasthan. I gave RMCAAT exam, I scored well and went for the online counselling after the result of exam. I chose 3 colleges of my choice. then after 2 weeks RMCAAT allotted me IIIM college.

The faculty helps us very well but when it comes to real scenario of IT industry, most of the faculty is also not updated and are not aware of whats going on in the industry. They focus on theoretical part of studies. The Institute conducts some training seasons time by time which helps us to get ideas of industry e.g. IBM RAD and lotus training etc.
