Course Curriculum Overview

Course Curriculum includes both theoretical and practical ways of teaching. Industrial visits also conducted regularly for students. Some MOU's are signed with industries and software companies for research purposes. Funding also will be given from college for good projects and research ideas. The exam structure is on a semester basis. Yearly two terms of semester exam will be conducted

Based on the students, the colleges give a good opportunity to students togai theo knowledge . some of the internship opportunities nearby the college. They have MOU with MNC's like cognizant, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, etc. But from Mechanical background, the placement is quite poor.

Maximum IT companies will visit the campus. Students from Computer science, information technology, communications have excellent placement records. They have MOU with MNC's like cognizant, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, etc. But from Mechanical background, the placement is quite poor. Only a pool drive is conducted, at that time students from around 10 colleges will visit our campus and only 4 or 5 students will be recruited from the company. Mechanical, Electronics, civil, Mechatronics students sometimes have off-campus on other colleges

Fees and Financial Aid

It's a feasible one. For Management Quota INR 1lakh/Annum For government Quota INR 70 Thousand/Annum For first graduate students INR 40 Thousand/ Annum For students from below the poverty line they will reduce fees up to 80%. Students who are scoring above 8.5 CGPA every semester need not pay college fees.

Campus Life

The gender Ratio for boys to girls is 7.3. Students from Tamil Nadu and Kerala are major and few students are also from northern parts of India Laboratory is well equipped with advanced and modern equipment. Sports meets are conducted every year. Dress coding is very strict. Jeans and not allowed inside the campus except Saturdays. No racism is followed within the campus. Religion equality is strictly followed. But there are no strict rules in college. Students are set free as a free birds.

Hostel Facilities

Yes, They are 3 types of hostels available 1. A/c Deluxe 4 persons per room. Fees Rs1lakh per annum. 2. Deluxe 4 persons per room. Fees Rs8500 per annum. 3. Non-Deluxe 4 persons per room. Fees Rs 70000per annum. In Non-Deluxe only company washrooms will be available. These fees include the mess bill of the hostel. But the quality of food is not good. For all 3 hostels, the dinning hall is common and same food will be provided.

Hostel Fee: INR 75000 per year

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

Experienced faculties, their constant encouragement to students to participate in seminars, lectures, internships, intercollegiate programs and other research based conferences and activities.
The college had good infrastructure, modern laboratories, smart classrooms, sports facilities and a slate clean campus.
The placement cell, incubation cell, and intellectual property cell of our college are easily approachable and they help in developing our ideas, patenting and registering them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum covers important subjects such as cell biology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, bio processing, principles of chemical engineering, and wr have hands on practice through pur well-equipped laboratory sessions.

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

My bad campus life

Likes

The environment is very good.its very natural atmosphere.
Teaching and facilitys are nice.we can learn very much.
The all facility is near by near .its a good thing.

Dislikes

The management is very bad.they not consider our students.
The fees structure is very different for all students.its too bad.and they decided the fees category is very cheep.
The hostel facility is not good.and also food its very bad.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually i like computer jobs. So i selected the course. Its very different one. Mainly programming. But its very interesting and valuable.cse computer science is a very high value course and i have lot of opportunities after completing the course. I.think in this types of course in curriculum they want to include practical sections more than text books.

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges

Charges for hostel are little more then others

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester
