I took admission directly visiting the college, the admission process was very simple for me, basic eligibility criteria were verified by the college, and since it was a management quota it was simple and there were no such donations at all, that was one of the main reason I was interested in joining the college.

The idea behind choosing information technology since we are moving towards a technology era and in the digital world nothing is completed without it. The faculty of the department is very much supportive, that they give me space to share my ideas, create a lot of opportunity towards my ideas, and build a strong career path, rather than going with a book and material based education, meeting the industry people and having word with them was giving lot more ideas to explore in the field. All the faculties are qualified minimum with a masters and most of the faculty in the department holds a doctorate, each faculty in the department had a very good idea on the latest trends in the tech field and was helping us to get updated with future trends. I have attended various workshops on augmented and Virtual Reality, Big Data, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence. Monthly once tests were conducted as internals, and it was not that difficult to clear.

Internships are also helped from departments staffs, with their relationship with tech companies, it department have a very mou with few starts and other few companies across the city since college is placed in Coimbatore, internships are not hard to attend.

students are eligible for the placement training from the 3rd semester, there is a dedicated placement cell working to train students for the campus. the list of companies visited is CTS, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Zoho, Accenture, Uram technology. Myself got placed in one of the top well-named edutech company in Bangalore, as a business development associate.

The fees for one year on management quota wad 75000. The payment option was flexible that we can pay the fees even semester vice. Scholarships were provided to students based on their cut off. Financial support from the college side is also available but need to check with the eligibility criteria. The fee mentioned is only the tution fees. If need to take a hostel we need to pay separately if a bus facility is required it is also to be paid extra.

The hindusthan is named for its celebrations. We conduct a wide range of fests. one among the famous fest that we conduct is hilarious, and we have our department conducting a tech-fest every year where students from other college participate. We have one of the biggest libraries with a dedicated building, with the availability of all the latest journals and technical editions. We have a classroom equipped with a digital board and a projector, the department is provided with separate 4 labs for practicals. We have students clubs like sports club, fine arts club, project incubation cell etc.
