Remarks

My admission was based on cutoffs obtained in 12th grade. It was by engineering counseling. I applied for various colleges but at last, found this better option and chosen it. Counseling led me to this college and course.

Course Curriculum Overview

I am more interested in aeronautical and physics. That is why I have chosen this. Interestingly I found only 4 girls out of 40 in my class. The staff members of the aeronautical department are more friendly and are like the next guardian to us. They help us in every other way on campus. The exams were not so tuff because all were taught by our staff and given notes prior.

Class Size: 38Course Fees: INR 75000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internships are provided on campus as well as they encourage us to do it outside the campus. No Stipend internships are provided for our department students but yet useful opportunities are provided by the staff.

Placement Experience

Final-year students are eligible for placements. Various IT and core companies visit the college. More than 60% of students are placed every year. Many are found to choose their own business and the majority pursue higher studies in and away from India.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is the same as other anna university colleges. And scholarships are given based on financial background and merit status. Placements are very active and many companies have visited. The majority of the students were placed.

Campus Life

Many cultural fests and events occur in Hindusthan Campus life. Many symposiums, technical visits, and functions occur often. Various cine-fests, audio launches, Movie launches happen here. It is known for its best cultural event HILARCUS every year. No one in Coimbatore wishes to miss that event. There are various social groups like NSS, NCC, JRC, etc, Sports are considered pride here as many sports meet occur in and around the Hindusthan campus.

Hostel Facilities

All the facilities in the hostel are good. It is neat and clean and maintained well. The menu is the same but seems good. The hostel rooms are maintained clean and spacious for 4. There are various rooms and PG left around the campus for girls and boys.

Hostel Fee: INR 68000 per year

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

An average of more than 90% of rhe students were placed during my term. Companies like amazon, juspay, adobe, hcl, cts, tcs, adp etc came and there are 500 companies that visisted our campus during my batch

Experienced faculties, their constant encouragement to students to participate in seminars, lectures, internships, intercollegiate programs and other research based conferences and activities.
The college had good infrastructure, modern laboratories, smart classrooms, sports facilities and a slate clean campus.
The placement cell, incubation cell, and intellectual property cell of our college are easily approachable and they help in developing our ideas, patenting and registering them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum covers important subjects such as cell biology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, bio processing, principles of chemical engineering, and wr have hands on practice through pur well-equipped laboratory sessions.

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

Placement Training and Career development at CIT

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

My bad campus life

Likes

The environment is very good.its very natural atmosphere.
Teaching and facilitys are nice.we can learn very much.
The all facility is near by near .its a good thing.

Dislikes

The management is very bad.they not consider our students.
The fees structure is very different for all students.its too bad.and they decided the fees category is very cheep.
The hostel facility is not good.and also food its very bad.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually i like computer jobs. So i selected the course. Its very different one. Mainly programming. But its very interesting and valuable.cse computer science is a very high value course and i have lot of opportunities after completing the course. I.think in this types of course in curriculum they want to include practical sections more than text books.

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

Placement Experience:

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester
