Remarks

Had applied to SIHS Pune and NMIMS Mumbai. The reason for not attending those was that SIHS Pune is not up to the mark in terms of ROI, and NMIMS is expensive. I come from the general category. CAT/XAT/NMAT and IIHMRUMAT are accepted with a minimum of 50% marks in any of these exams. GD/PI is part of the process.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course due to my own personal interest and background. The student-faculty ratio is 1:7. The faculty is quite experienced with a minimum of 10 years of experience in teaching. The teaching methodology is based on the module every subject has a minimum of one week of the module. It is a trimester course with a frequency of exams once per trimester, difficulty level is medium to hard.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 98000 per year

Placement Experience

From the 4th semester, we are eligible for placements. The average package is 3-4 LPA and the highest is 9-10 LPA. 95% of students have been placed. I will be joining a healthcare company.

Fees and Financial Aid

It was 8.6 lakhs last year this year it is 9.6 lakhs for the entire program. They have fees wavier depending upon your marks in graduation and competitive exams. The average package is 4.5 lakhs and the highest package is up to 10 lakhs.

Campus Life

PRADANYA 3 days annual global conference. They have physical as well as E-Library access. Classrooms are big and comfortable with projector screen and fully air-conditioned. They have various committees associated with extracurricular activities.

Hostel Facilities

Rooms are AC/NON AC, a chair, bed, almirah, mattress, and a table is given. Single and double occupancy rooms are available. The meal is of very hygienic quality of the food is okayish. Hostels are a bit expensive at about 80000/year excluding electricity bills and mess charges.

Hostel Fee: INR 60000 per year

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am a Pharmacy student currently in 4th year. Looking at the curriculum, there are a lot of positivity. Courses like Pharmacology, Medicinal Chemistry and Physical Phsrmaceutics is considered as my favourite. The practical aspects is another part which helps me learn lots of things.
