It is one of the best colleges in Maharashtra among all ayurvedic college. Students have to attend college regularly so that they can gain practical knowledge and experiences shared by doctors/ professors. All types of patients are seen in this hospital so students can observe and look after these patients and can use this observation in their future practice Admission process: 1) Apply for the NEET exam 2) Exam will be held in May/June 3) Admission will be based on the merit of the student. For qualifying, this student should score a minimum 50 percentile fo UR and 40 percentile for S.C./ S.T./OBC 4) Students will have to fill preference form for college 5) according to merit rank student will be allotted college. 6) student have to submit documents to respective college within the deadline Documents required: NEET result, NEET application form, HSC certificate, SSC mark sheet, GAP certificate (if required), Adhar card copy, 4 passport size photo. Domicile, Nationality certificate, Caste Certificate, Validity, Birth certificate.
Course Curriculum Overview
Qualification of faculty regarding teaching: M.D., M.S., PhD in various subject Review of teaching method: Teachers put their 100 percent efforts into teaching. They share their good and bad clinic experience with students so that they can learn from them. Various activities are held by them. Nowadays due to the corona pandemic, online teaching is going on Exams: 2 internal exams are held by college and 1 final exam held by MUHS University. Student must have to qualify these 2 internal exams to pass in main University exam. The exam is a little bit difficult.
Fees and Financial Aid
As it is a government college fee of this college is less comparatively other private ayurvedic colleges. The fee for UG is 7500 rs per annum. For the UG course, the total fee structure is 41250 rs. Scholarship: Various scholarship provided by the college are: EBC, SC scholarship, ST scholarship, Scholarship for students whose one of the parent is the teacher. - EBC scholarship-- 50 percent fees are returned by the government, After completing education student have to serve service to hospital attached to the college for one year.
Campus Life
Annual function and various days are celebrated in January or February every year. Extracurricular activities are held the whole year. This includes Essay competition on various social awareness topics. Poster Making on various days such as menstrual hygiene day, cancer day, World TB day, Street drama for spreading awareness among people. Amenities: Large classrooms, comfortable benches, The library which includes over 1000 books, Samhitas and granthas are also available for students, Social Group: Social activities are held by students who are part of NSS.
