Yes, the college is a world wide famous institute. It has its name for the succesful treatment of many diseases the modern medicine cannot treat and thus is famous in asia too. It is Maharashtra's best ayurvedic institutes and is one among best in India.

The course curriculam is like that. Its a 5 and a half year course with a year of internship. This course teaches one about the life science Ayurveda. This course trains one with ancient and modern techniques of treatment.

There is no thing like placement. Saying about job oppurtunities one can try for post graduation where he/she gets paid. Or one may apply for the job of professor. Internships are provided by the college where students intern for 6 months in the college hospital and 3 months at saint george hospital mumbai and 3 months at a rural phc. The interns get paid about 3500 per months as stipend.

Each year the fourth year students form the student councill and coordinate or celebrate following events. 1)Sports Week which comprise all the sports. 2)Annual fest where students get to showcase their talents in singing dancing drama etc. 3)Ganeshotsav the holy festival of lord ganesha comprise arrival of lord ganesha and events followed. And various other exhibitions plus expos.

The fee structure is feasible as it is a government institution. Students can manage to pay the fees directly or through scholerships. The caste students also get benifits and the fee for general catagory students is 32000.

The college provides loan fascility as well as scholerships. The Vjnt obc welfare scholership is for example provided to the students of VJNT and OBC students as their exam fees and college tution fees.

The institution also focuses on extra curricular activities of students. Many programes are arranged for the students to showcase their talent. The college has well equiped labs with required modern equipments.

Hostel infrastucture is very good. It has well ventilated rooms each provided with 2-3 fans and ample amount of lights. It has RO water purifier and a canteen of its own. Hygine and sanitation is taken good care of by the pwd department.

The alumni network is very strong. The alumnis are very helpful and often visit the college to know about the problems of the students. They also provide references for the students to join the clinincs and hopitals.

After appearing for NEET examination I went for CAP rounds of selection procedure it comprises document verification and preference feeling and according to the Neet marks and Catagory one gets the college and I was alloted this college.

The faculty in the college is highly qualified and highly trained. The are all postgraduates from their respective subjects. Many of them are alumnis of the same institute. They have complete knowledge of their subject and the practical knowledge too.
