SGRRU BSc agriculture full information

Has decent infrastructure and the college fee was also not under my budget the teaching staff is also good . Teachers are supportive and helps in improving the students . If your budget is of around 2 lakh and need a decent college go for it . For more details go to sgrr.com

I chose the course because of my interest in agriculture sector. Faculty members are good and different teachers are there having their specific subject . Teacher to student ratio is about 8 teachers for 60 students. Teaching method of the teachers is same old method which I think needs some improvement. Teachers are well qualified with majority of teacher having PhD and MSc degrees. There are mainly 3 exams per semester. First internal then midterm and at the end external(final).

Campus placement is not that good as only few major companies that come for recruitment and majorly small companies who recruit sales men come . Companies like axis bank ,Bharat medicos ,apex pharma , Jaypee greens and other chemical based industry come for the recruitment. Nearly 60% students get campus placement. My plans after getting degree is to do MSc. From foreign country.

Per semester the fees is 30000 and during the first semester due to admission fee the total fee is 50k for just first sem. There is no fee hike in between the course . There is a 5000 rupees discount for army personnel. College gives relaxation for few if the cause is genuine.

The campus is not that good no feat is conducted in the campus there is a sports week conductor in which football cricket volleyball and kabaddi are played . Books are available in good amount. Very few extra curricular activities. No clubs are there in college nor any union is there.

There was no GD conducted for the admission you just have to meet the Dean and discuss about the fee structure and see for the facilities and proper equipment is available in college or not. You need to have the 12th marksheet and TC for admission.
