Entrance Preview

I have given U.P.T.U. entrance exam which is for all technical college in U.P. I got around 15000 rank in general category and opted computer science because that time cs branch was in boom and my cousin has also passed out from this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum was Ok, actually it is same for all institute which are affiliated to U.P.T.U.

Placement Experience

Placement was Ok, not too good. Companies do not come in campus, we go to other colleges. While i passed, that was recession time, so only Sapient, RCS, TCS came there.

Campus Life

Campus life is quite good as they have a big play ground so we sit there mostly. Labs were fine, sports we can play as much as we need, No competition on any technical things.

Faculty

Faculty is too Good. Mr. Singh (We call beta ji) teaches electrical engineering , He teaches well. Mr. Nishant was TPO which has good comm. skills and teachers studies well chemistry, Maths, mechanical, OOPS, DAA etc.

Placement Experience:

Form the beginning of very first year students are eligible for the campus placements. TCS, cognizant, wipro, are the some companies visited here. Highest package is 44 lpa in amazon which is off campus for software role. Placements % is quite medium if you are serious about skill then you will be get a path here to go ahead. Arround 60 to 70 is the placement % My plans after getting degree is to get a job.

GLA University Mathura is Great!

Placement Experience:

Average package at GLA University may range between 5-7 lakhs but one student has managed to get placements of 55 lakhs and that is still the record placement from GLA University campus Mathura. Around 70-75% students are placed every year but I will be preparing for GATE as my ambition are to be atleast post graduate if not a PHD.

Good for learning and Skill development

Placement Experience:

Mostly te 6th sem (3rd year) got eligible for campus placement. Amazon, Accenture, AVL India, Atlan and many others (about 900+) visited and made 4000+ offers. The ave. package is about 5.25 LPA and highest crossed 39 LPA. Above 60%+ got their placement and the persentage of students receiving multiple offer is about 32%. After degrre want to build a strong carrer and to contribute in the grouth of Bharat.

Honest Opinion on IIIT ALLAHABAD

Placement Experience:

From 4th semester, many students get into the internship and many gets further preplacement through it. The companies visted are google, atlassian, flipkart, qualcomm, samsung, phone pe etc. Highest package is 1.21CR per annum. Average package is 30LPA 90% students got placed. Private job is the plan after getting the degree. 90% students gets placed.
