GOOD ASPECTS: I loved the syllabus they provide which is different than other universities. They provide specialization in every course in its respective final year. The faculty is quite experienced and most of them have completed their doctorate. BAD ASPECTS: The bad aspect is they don't have their own playground. They hire some sports complexes for annual sports. The faculty gives a lot of assignments. But you have to complete it because it affects your grades as it's a continuous evaluation system. ADMISSION PROCESS AND DATES: The admission process is very clear they don't have any quota, It is purely based on the merit of any entrance examination or you have to appear for the university examination. The admission process starts in June and July month. REASON FOR PREFERRING : Comparing to other universities DYPIU gives you a lot of exposure to the course you will be opting for. The course curriculum is really good and fine. I opted for BCA at DYPIU because of the syllabus and subjects they involved in the course. They provide you with quality study material. As of now its online mode you can easily get the session recording on the LMS of the university (MOODLE). On MOODLE, you can access your course you opted for with your official email id(provided by the university). Student-Faculty: The Faculty number is quite good. Each faculty member is provided a Teaching Assistant (TA) and a lab associate. Faculty Qualification: Most of the faculty has completed their doctorate and have good experience in their respective field. Exams and its difficulty: At the start of the AY academic calendar is provided and the university functions on the same. The papers are set and checked by the COE of the university.

From the final year of the course, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies such as Cognizant, Vodafone INC, TCS, Godrej, and many more. For BCA highest package offered was 4 LPA. As of now, it's the really low percentage of students getting hired due to covid situation.

Every year in FEB and MARCH INDUS FEST is conducted on the campus. It's all about cultural and sports activities. For each course their different library and availability of books are good. During the fest, the sports activities are carried out which include cricket, football, volleyball, basketball, badminton, etc The DYPIU CodeChef chapter and Journal club are run by the students.
