Remarks
The Advanced Program in Banking and Finance (APBF) courses they provide are very contemporary in nature. Through these, we get to know the intricacies of the subject and get a chance to showcase our skills during the live project at the end of each APBF subject.
Course Curriculum Overview
The faculties are very cordial and helpful. You can approach them regarding any doubts that you have, and they would be happy to help you out. The teaching methodology is simple yet effective. And since the number of students is less, it's easier to ensure everyone is on the same page, learnings wise.
Internships Opportunities
I was fortunate enough to intern at companies like Ernst and Young and IIFL Securities, wherein I got a chance to apply the theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios. It was an immense learning experience.
Placement Experience
MBA in itself is a highly employable course. The college ensures that the students learn the subjects thoroughly before applying for Placements. Big brands like HDFC, ICICI, Axis, CRISIL, ITC, Byjus, etc come to campus for hiring freshers.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is quite reasonable. I find it completely justified for the value add Imperial has given. Internships and placements are lucrative too. I was fortunate enough to work with companies like Ernst and Young, IIFL Securities, Goldman Sachs.
Campus Life
Campus Life is great. It's a semi-remote location, so traffic and noises wouldn't be a problem. It's a quiet learning environment. They conduct iFest, an annual festival that is a blend of fun games, interactive competitions and a great socialising event overall.
Interview Experience
I had a PI round with the director at Imperial, wherein my communication skills and overall knowledge was tested. Post PI, there was a GD round where we were assigned a topic and we're told to discuss it amongst the students and come up with viable solutions.
