Remarks

No bad remarks. Until now, the college experience of mine in NR is good.

Entrance Preview

CAT, I have got 75.11 percentile. This college has good campus pool drive coming around that is why i opt for this particular college.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, they do provide. The companies for eg. Pantaloons, The times of India, Taj hotel, State bank of India etc. came for internship last time.

Placement Experience

Its good, seniors are having jobs at quite good companies. Highest package was 5.5 lac for a Tyre company.

College Events

Funshala, Pahel - these are events where there are technical competitions. Annual function have dance. Drama, singing n all. I'm new to this college so I don't know all the events right now.

Campus Life

Campus life is good. Gender ratio is quite equal. In my class there are more boys we have a sports day every semester. Debate n GD rounds we have weekly basis so extra curricular activities are very good at NR.

Hostel Facilities

I live in a PG. The college has no hostel. PG average rent is 8000 per month.

External Expense: Rs.10000 - Rs.15000

Exam Structure

It is kind of chilled out. We give tests monthly and finals are a load actually.

Great faculty and campus life

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is kept very contemporary and competitive with premier business schools. Although certain subjects are given less or more time comapred to other B schools. Interdisciplinary learning is prioritized and students can choose a variety of courses from the university including engineering, science and arts courses. The curriculum also includes "lab" subjects which are mostly based on improving the skillsets needed for management roles.

Placements of the college is quite decent, considering the job market and niche profiles that come on campus. It's not like a 'mecca of marketing', but a mix of various roles including Sales, Marketing, General Management, Product Management, Branding, Strategy, Consultancy etc. The placements are carried out by Placements Committee who work with utmost dedication and honestly. All top companies across sectors come on campus to recruit, for both Summer Internships and Final Placements. 100% Placements are guaranteed here, while the highest package goes upto 40LPA, median is 19LPA and average is 18LPA, approximately. Here the placement are provided by the CDC, the career development centre and the placements here are on an average good and the support provided by the placement team is also good. Here. You can apply for the finance and for the marketing, but as well as the HR is concerned. You can also look for some other colleges because here companies are not very much concerned for HR.
