College was Okay

The hostel facilities should improve. The infra structure for lab should be maintained as there are no certain tools for the labs.

It's the oldest university in the state which has a value. If we go out of state every company knows the university.

The curriculum is okay. It's not the updated one but has all the basics required for the students. It should be updated according to the latest technology advancements. Labs also should improve the quality of tools with their licences. The faculty should take care of the labs.

College fee is low in comparison of other colleges. We get a stipend around 12 k per month. It will be based on our attendance of the month. But it will be made once in a four months due to the delay in release of funds.

Our college has a decent placements. Infosys will visit regularly. They will prefer B.Tech students most. The package will be around 3 lac per annum. But the core company placements will be less. The placement cell should be active in consulting the companies.

Our college has decent amount of cultural festivals. Our department has a department day. All departments will combined have a annual day celebrations. We also have sports events for boys and girls too. The participation will be good and every one involves in it.

The fee structure is good. They charge less for academics. Even the examination fees for semester will be too low. It will be feasible to all the students. People will also provide stipend. There will be no management seats to the students.

Scholarship means if the students are through GATE then they'll get scholarship. If no, no scholarship provided by college particularly.

The gender ratio is more in boys than girls. There will be cultural events once for a department. The sports events are also conducted during that day. Also inter college festivals will be held. Student diversity is good. There will be no in tolerance regarding gender, ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, politics and economic status.

The hostel facilities were not good at all. Even rooms doesn't have beds and plug point. Its not the university range of hostel. I can rate 20% of 100. They charge less for food around 2.5 k per month. Its okay with the quality and taste. But it should also improve a lot.

I don't know about it as i am a current student of university. It should be known to the passed out students. But there is a alumni network i'm not aware of it.

Exams will be held once in two months. After that final semester will be conducted. There is no chance of hectic day due to exams. But they will be conducted one exam per day during semester. I could be difficult to write exams daily without a break of a single day.

M.Tech students have a different curriculum. The syllabus is divided among us. In every class two of us teaches other students. Professors correct our mistakes if we go anything wrong. Labs also should improve the quality of tools with their licences. The faculty should take care of the labs.
