College tour through review

A well known reputed college of Uttar Pradesh. It has a big and green campus. It offers Academic courses as well as professional courses. Approximately 170 colleges are affiliated with the University of Lucknow. Teachers are brilliant. The only bad thing about this college is the administration department which works slowly. Apart from that, all is good about this College. For admission to any course, you have to give entrance exam. Exam form become available from February to march. I preferred this College because of its reputation, good alumni as well as its beautiful campus. I read reviews from collegedunia.com and shiksha for this college and also was suggested by friends and family.

I choose this course so that after graduation I can go for MBA. Content of this course has a good subject topic each semester. Faculty members are a good mentor and support to students. Each Faculty member teaches to 4-5 different classes in a day. There are enough faculty members available for teaching and other work. Many experienced Faculty members also are alumni of this college. Teachers teach small lecture at a time to understand. They give the project assignment and take the presentation to boost the performance of the student. A unit test is taken in the middle of each semester. Semester exams are taken every six months. Therefore, a total of 6 semester exams is there. Teachers checks exams copy very strictly that is why scoring good marks is hard.

Final year students become Eligible for placement. They can participate in a job fair organised by the college. Students participate in different companies and get placed. Companies like zomato, Zaro, Axis bank, oppo, vivo etc visited the campus. Few were placed. I will be going for MBA.

My study fees were 30000 per semester, which will be 180000 for whole course program. Recently fees were increased to 42000 per semester, which will be 252000 for the whole program. No other fees are charged apart from that. Zero fees option is also available for backward class students. Students can apply to Uttar Pradesh Scholarship program for reimbursement.

The college organises Cultural and Sports event which is named a kaleidoscope. It is conducted by the cultural team of the college in the month of February inside the college campus. Students from other colleges can also participate in these events. Books are available for every courses and topic. Newspaper and magazine are also available in the library. Classrooms are big and ventilated. A good amount of light is daytime. Smart classrooms with digital teaching techniques. There are various grounds for each sport such as football ground, cricket ground, badminton court, volleyball court kho kho, table tennis etc. Student welfare department run by the college for solving student's issues.

The hostel provides rooms in two options i.e. triple room@ rs 45000 and single room@rs47500. (Meal included). Every room has fans, lights, bed, chair, table and Open almirah. Other facilities are a washing machine, immersion rod, wifi, common hall with large tv. Meals are provided three times a day. Hygiene is maintained in the mess and dining area. You have to opt for a hostel every year only if scored above 60% in semester results.
