Remarks
The placements and fees of JECRC are very minimal compared to other colleges of the same post. The only reason for choosing this college is the fee structure and good teachers. After giving the JEE mains exam I was eligible for the course of btech in this college. The admission process was started in the month of July after the JEE results. the classes were started in the month of August. I Preferred this college over others because of the good placement, good studying environment, and also the minimum fee structure before joining the college I read few articles on quora and take student consultancy for joining college. I had also gone through the college official website for instructions and procedure
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose btech in electrical engineering because I have a keen interest in the electrical branch. also, the teachers in this branch are well qualified and helpful. the faculty to student ratio is very less. every teacher has 12 students under them. the faculty: student ratio is 1:12. the teachers are well qualified. some of them are the students from the college itself. the college hires its own students too. most of the teachers have phd degrees and others have mtech degrees. the term exams are held every semester every 5 months. The exams are tough but the college gives good marks to the students who are hard-working.
Placement Experience
Placements are held at the starting of the 4th year. many companies visit the respective colleges for the placement procedure. students are eligible for the placement if they have scored an aggregate of 60% from all the years. the companies that visit in our college are Mahindra, tata group, amazon, itc, Walmart, Infosys, etc. highest packages are upto 22 lpa sometimes but the average placement given to the students is 6 lpa generally. among the batch of 90 students, approx 50 of them get placed every year. more or less some students continue for future studies and family business. my plans are simple, I will go for further studies even after getting the degree. I prefer to qualify for the gate exams held every year for the mtech program.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees are good compared to other colleges. the fees are minimum for this cource. the fees generally do not change with the change in a year but from past 3 years the feesare increasing on a high rate. The job on campus is only available for 2nd to 3rd year graduates. the jobs provided are generally of documentation. other jobs includes campus recruitments an personal relationships with people. the scholarship are based upon the scores in jee. There is much financial assistance given in jecrcregarding the fees and financial assistance.
Campus Life
The campus life is very interesting. college fest is held every year in the month of February. The books are available in the library. we have two libraries at the campus that generally provide us the information regarding all the books available worldwide. the libraries also have a well-sitting place with good space. classrooms are also well developed. classrooms provide the blackboard and the presentation board for studying. the chairs are arranged in ascending order from bottom to top. this makes it easy for children to watch at the blackboard easily. sports communities organize different events every month which have a different tournament of basketball, football, cricket with team members. many social groups and websites are available for the students to join different communities and participate in different functions and fest held by the jecrc
