College Management needsa to improved as the college is being run by members of same family. Generally no -one hears you until you are on strike.

I appeared for AIEEE and achieve a rank of 75000 (approx) all over India. I with my parents visited couple of colleges in Jaipur for Admission as we were late for admission due to my Bad health. I liked the environment of NIMS and also the way Dean himself took my interview . Dean was confident enough which drived me to take admission at NIMS.

Course Structure is average. We don't seek to gain research based information through course only. The Course covers all the basic and mid level structure . In case I need to focus on research, double the course structure I'll have to target on. Some of the Course also seems irreverent to the core Subject.

No, NIMS does not provide Internship in Engineering at our time. I myself applied for Internship at various places and got selected for internship at Western Indian Railways.

Placement is good. I was in the first batch of B.Tech from Nims. I was placed at HCL and received package of 2 Lack/annum. Also I got selected for Indian Army final round from NIMS only. Now Nims gives placements in various companies as my Juniors told me.

We had Inter collages competition twice annually hosted by our college and in college we had various big events like annual college fest, women's day celebration, Elocution on Big Data hosted by HCL in campus. Independence Day etc.

Fee structure is feasible, it is not very expensive also some students were sponsored by college itself based on economic condition of a student we had to pay annual fee at the time of Final Semester.

Campus life was good we had people from all over india, Bihar, Punjab, South India and from Abroad as well count on girls were less as compared to Boys. Also it was found that college was not that safe for girls but I have never undergone such situation ever.

Hostel Facilities were good we had Single , Double and triple Occupancy per room. Security was also good. Food at mess was horrible and we used to eat out most of the time.

Aluminium network of the college is still growing as the college is new and we were the first batch of Engineering. Though NIMS passed out students are renowned Doctors , Directors, Models, Engineers, Enterpruners ets.

Exams and Labs were very hectic. We had 3 internal mid terms every semester. Also we had test every weekend which was quite hectic to manage. But these exams really taught us a lot we managed the exams Labs and at the same time we managed the extra curricular activities.

There were two types of Faculty at NIMS. HOD's and normal Faculty. Hod's were highly qualified , knowledgeable and educated but less accessible to normal students. Then there were normal teachers who had very less knowledge to impart and generally they used to mug up the book and teach us.
