ITM, Gwalior- Top university with great performance.

ITM University, Gwalior is ultimately good. The student - teacher friendly environment always encourages us to study well with a healthy mindset. Well, I belong to South India so, it's a bit difficult for me to communicate in their regional language. Besides, college is in another state so, i need to opt for residential service. Since covid-19 the college was not open but the virtual platforms of the university i.e. TATTVA and PRABANDH are playing a major role in keeping students attentive to classes and academics. We, students, are exposed to the listening environment from the teachers with great interest. Sometimes the teachers communicate very friendly in their own mother tongue. There comes the problem to the international students and other state students to understand and communicate. The admission process was very easy to cause of covid-19 there was no admission test. We paid the admission fee and got registered. Classes were also commenced in October month of 2020. I feel great studying here.

I am interested in computer science from the beginning. So I chose BCA at ITM University. The faculty is very good. We have five teachers assigned for five subjects with 44 students. And also there are mentors for the course to assist students with any issue. Wellbeing a virtual platform its easy for teachers to handle students and clear any doubts. The teachers are well qualified and their teaching method is even more fluent and easily understood. Teachers always focused on students but didn't force students in learning. There are mid-term exams, assignments, quizzes any many more academic activities. The term exams were both difficult and easy. However, it depends on the student to pass.

Placements are of the college very cool. Actually eligible students mostly are happy being settled doing jobs in their placed companies with happy income. Many industrial related tours and seminars lead to placement drives. Thus more than 50% of the students are well placed with great packages.

The fees for BCA per year is 58000 and for meritorious students, it may be a bit less. The state scholarships are awarded to eligible students. Educational loan is supported by the college. I've recently joined the college and attending virtual sessions so, i don't know much about jobs and stipends. But the cost of the study is okay to me.

I have not yet attended any fests directly. Only virtual ceremonies are held on Facebook during this covid 19. There are numerous e-books on the Tatva website which ITM students exclusively use for academics. There was no direct contact with the college nor teachers so, i can't tell you anything about amenities. The college has many student clubs including art, sports, music, literature etc. Students generally keep connected through Whatsapp and many other social media pages of college like ITM university page on Facebook etc.
