Entrance Preview

Opted for EAMCET, Was passionate about doing engineering in Computer related things. Since engineering helps to master many skills like, presentation skills, soft spoken, broad way of thinking and to know about the history and the background of computers. How it all started and how really stuff works from inside in coding persepective.

Internships Opportunities

The selection process is very rigorous. One must rank in the top in the state-level EAMCET examination in order to get a seat. However in order to avail internships.

Admission

Have appeared for counselling as per the rule and have opted JIET in the list of colleges list along with few other colleges. In the beginning i was not sure if i have made a right choice by choosing a college that is being newly established in Hyderabad.

Faculty

70% of the faculty are highly experienced and skillful. Also knows the method of making things easily understood by students. With spending your 3 years enjoying, learning new things you step into the fourth year with a lots of promising mnc's to change your future.

Decent college with good facilities

Placement Experience:

From 4th year 1st semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. About 10-15 companies visited our college with minimum 3 lpa. And only 30% of students are placed in the campus placement. Companies like virtuza, movate, cognizant, hcl visited our campus for placement. The highest package was 4.5 lpa and lowest was 2.8 . My plans after getting degree is work in a reputed mnc.

Placement Experience:

Generally, students from 3rd year second semester are eligible for the placements. some, who are interns at a company earns the place to proceed for the rest of life. some others should try harder because they didnt get the internship. It is important to get internship. Companies do visit vasavi such as visa, silicon labs, cisco and more to pick interns or to pick engineers. percentage around 60-70 gets placed every year. Actually placements decreased after the recession.

I got this college on basis of my TSEAMCET Rank so i got into this by that exam. I choosed this college by hearing that they really have a very good curriculum compared to other colleges on my particular course. Even my college have courses related to computer science . Yeah even i got rejection from other colleges one of them was my college's feather college which is located at other part of the city. I was applied for the top colleges but my eamcet rank was not that enough to get admission in those colleges,so I have a thought that is college kmce is newly established 2years ago. I got rejected from many colleges. My rank went wrong.
