Remarks

The best aspect from my side is an infrastructure with the best laboratory equipment of university and also you get the best teaching staff with highly knowledgeable professors. And also the university has the best latest equipment for practical which we need most at the master level. When we are in the master's program we find some opportunities to achieve our job which the university is full fill by giving an internship every semester. Every student at GFSC University get opportunities for an internship every semester. You can also get an internship is well-named companies. After completing the internship you make a report on the internship every semester.

Last year students are eligible for placements. There are many companies in placements for pharma GSFC which is for fertilizer others are Alembic, Lactose, Prakash chemicals. which is for chemical engineers. And other companies like MRF, Atul, Byju's any many more like them.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee of the M.sc(chemistry) programme is roughly about 81000 per year for both analytical chemistry and organic chemistry. University has some scholarships for some categories like SC and ST. But there is no for UR/OPEN category.

Campus Life

Campus life at university is good. University has the best infrastructure with fire safety policies according to government. The GSFC University library is equipped with wi-fi connectivity. And the library opens till 12AM.

Hostel Facilities

GSFC University has a hostel for both boys and girls on the university campus. The hostel rooms attach with a study table, bed, and chair for each student. And also you get wi-fi connectivity at the hostel. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner all included in hostel fees.

Interview Experience

When starting the admission process you need to pay 500/- for the application fee after that university conducts an Objective type exam and then you further go for an interview. The topics of written test, as well as an interview, is some basic topic of chemistry which you also studied at your graduation level.

The course curriculum is excellent in every way! The course, which I did was of Life Sciences, and it's curriculum was absolutely wonderful! The syllabus had been designed such that it perfectly aligned with the syllabus of various exams, such as CSIR, GATE etc. And also, for the end semester dissertation, our university allowed us to pursue it from any other institute or university if we wish to, and encouraged us to do so. And because of that I did my dissertation research from SLS, JNU, in cancer biology.

A satisfying delight

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because this was a new course and I have literally sone interest in this course when I started studying about this course. The faculty-student ratio is 1:15. The faculty is very good and they all are well qualified almost all the faculty have done MPhil and PhD in their field. The term exams very mostly in 2 to 3 months and the exam was not that much difficult to pass for an average student if they had studied.
