Remarks

College is located in the rural area of Kolihapuri Durg. It has a very beautiful infrastructure with great facilities like library, well-furnished labs, conference rooms, seminar halls, board room, grounds, hostel, gym, atm, post office etc. Faculty are very experienced. Selection can be done via JEE, CGPET or direct admission also. For direct admission, there are some minimum charges which have to be paid. Hostel facility is also very good with the best clean mess food and rooms. Management is also very helpful regarding the admission.

The number of students per branch will be approx 120 and there are almost 50+ faculties. Teachers are highly qualified and mastered in the subject. I chose BE in CSE because I wanted to pursue a technical degree. This is a 4-year course with 8 semesters. 1st two-year exams are difficult to pass.

Placement Experience

From 7th semester students become eligible for the campus recruitment program. Some famous company that visited are global logic, Collabera, motif, Zaaro, Techment, kaka etc. The highest package which came to our college placement was 12 lakh. Around 50-60% of students get placed. Currently, I am working in collegedunia.com.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is a scholarship for the student who secured a good rank in the competitive exams and also for SC, ST, OBC students. I got a job offer from BYJUS with 10 lakh package. Fees can be paid via cash, online, cheque, DD.

Campus Life

There are a tech-fest Laqshya and library is the best part of CSIT. Different type of sports and extracurricular activities take place every month. There are many clubs like an ACE club, Mozilla club, badminton club etc.

Hostel Facilities

In a room, there are 3 beds with 3 Almirahs and 3 chairs and tables with 1 attached Washroom. Meal quality is quite great and they provide vegetarian food. The registration process for a hostel is when you take admission they will provide you with the details and procedure about the hostel and accommodation.

Satisfactory internship opportunity

Placement Experience:

Campus placement in GGU is something which no one have great knowldge because it remain conserved and limited but the average package still remain 5-6LPA which is not bad at all but still not everyone in college gets on campus placements and students go for off campus placements for satiafactory package

Review of GEC Bilaspur

Course Curriculum Overview:

Exams are held as per csvtu timetable. The exams are pretty much easier to crack even if you have pretty much less about the subjects. Usually, students start their preparation from 4-5 days prior to the exam and easily crack it. Mostly theoretical questions are being asked in the exams. The syllabus related to the Cs and It branch has recently changed and made suitable according to the present industry requirements.

The placement is also provided by engineering college Raigarh Chhattisgarh. Op Jindal factory is good for a job here. The percentage of getting placement is 52, it is average. You should apply for a job in another company.

I have choosen this college because of my selected branch i-e Mechanical Engineering, and it has the best facilities and labs for this course, other colleges doesn't having this kind of faculties and lab facilities which we are getting, and our college is very strict about the attendance also, so that the students may take their life serious regarding their studies. Admission process is in the base of CGPET exams and also with the JEE mains. According to the rank you'll get the respective colleges with respective course. No I don't get any rejections from other private colleges. If you want academic and have weak financial background, Best of luck for your decision

I chose this college majorly because of financial problems, the campus is small as compared to other colleges, infrastructure is also average as compared to others. I applied to Dhankara, BIT, CSIT and Rungta (R1) and I got the CSIT and Rungta I did not get rejected from other colleges and I take admitted in CSIT because it was quite average and it was affordable for me, for addmission process you just have to give required documents, PET and JEE are the exam which they consider for admission and there is also direct admission, Students preffer PET exams, admission process is simple and easy....Read More

Good points of view are that our teachers are always ready for help, best learning environment, big campus, big library. No bad aspects of my college.
