Remarks

A studio with the required equipment s a key highlight for me to join this college. it is literally the best part of college. the college focuses on practical work more than theory which is beneficial to polish the skills to be used in the field. it's located in the residential area so there's a lot of peace as well. There's also an accommodation facility available with a separate hostel for boys & girls. the faculty is well experienced & knowledgable. It also has an editing lab and a separate room for radio journalism. it also has a library.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I've chosen this course because of the impressive curriculum which has been made exactly on the basis of how the media industry works. Each batch has around 30 students which makes it easier for the students to get along and there's no clutter when it comes to any task. The faculty is well qualified and experienced. All of them have been working in the industry for the longest time and have depth knowledge about every subject. The teaching method is based upon 70:30 which implies the major ratio as the practical work and the rest is the theory part.

Placement Experience

3.5

The students get eligible for the internship programs right after the 2nd semester in the master's degree. A lot of renowned organization comes for placement like India TV, Accenture, Radio Mirchi, etc. I have just got enrolled in the degree course so I have not experienced about the same but some of the seniors mentioned that the ratio f students getting placements in the last batch was 8:10. After completion of the degree, I'd like to work for a leading organization and then shall start my own start-up.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

The fee structure is extremely pocket friendly. The college provides full financial assistance. There is also an instalment facility where the semester fee has been divided equally for every month which helps to regulate the financial resources. also, they also provide the student loan if the parents are incapable to pay the semester fee at once.

Campus Life

3.5

There are a lot of clubs that anybody would love to be a part of. Some of the clubs are the art club, print club, theatre club, filmmaking club, photography club. All the clubs are being managed by different faculty,

Interview Experience

4.5

There was a task if was mandatory to complete. On the basis of which the admission process gets complete. There was a short orientation & Q&A session followed by a task of speaking in front of a camera on a provided subject for about 1 minute.

Overall the management is good. A few problems occur here and there, they are resolved later on but it will take a lot of time. The management responds but you need to give them a lot of time and have a lot of patience. Sometimes it may take 3-4 months for the management to take the required steps.
