College is awesome. They have been continuously striving hard to bring it into a good shape.

I took Xavier Aptitude Test in 2008 and secured 82 %tile. This college was best in terms of fees, pedagogy, infrastructure and curriculum.

Curriculum is great as they always make necessary changes and try to make it at par with current market needs at domestic as well as global platforms. First two semesters they deal with almost with all subjects which gives a thorough idea about great management theories, research methodologies, financial market and tools to forecast and in last two semesters subjects are being dealt in depth as per the specialization and research basics help us to undertake proper research in particular subjects.

Yes. College arranges to get good companies for internship program. Companies choose interns as per students' specialization and help them to choose better project titles. They also provide stipend according to negotiation with the institute.

Placement scenario is above average which really depends on institute's capability to call them and then upto candidates' appetite to get into it. Mostly all the students of my batch were placed. Some got very good place to start with and some were little disheartened.

Our college has a wing which is well known as an NGO which undertakes various developmental projects of World Bank, WHO, Unicef, etc at various levels. Their paper presentations were giving us huge insights about the real scenario of our nation and some business events were also being conducted at our institute.

Fee structure is also one of the factors which persuades students to get admission. At our institute fees structure was very nominal as compare to other institutes across the country. In my times it was around 3.5 lacs for whole 2 years duration including food and hostel.

They provide some scholarships to meritorious students in the field of rural management. For other streams they help to get education loans from country's good public sector banks.

Hostel facility helps students to get boosted all the time when they enter into it after having very hectic schedule of the day. Our hostel was awesome. Very neat and clean, surrounded by green patches, well equipped with technology like wifi and in sports, huge cricket cum foot ball ground, basketball court, badminton court, gym, etc.

Any institute result is its alumni. This institute has a good size of alumni they have been striving hard to maintain a database of alumni and they frequently call passed out students on some events and once in the year on a big event of alumni meet.

Exam pattern was always being surprising sometimes they were asking to explain big management theories, sometimes live cases and mostly combo of both of these. Exams were being conducted twice in a semester which was keeping us continuously busy in preparation of it and alongwith regular classes and its presentations, assignments and all.

I got a call from the institute according to my XAT score. I procured the form in hard copy as electronic form was not much popular and sent it to the institute after duly filling it. They shortlisted me for GD & PI and then went through Group Discussion and Personal Interview then on the basis of the performance they prepared a merit and luckily my name was there in the list.

Faculty plays an important role which was one of the driving force for me to get into it. Research faculty is awesome perhaps one may not get such even in top B-schools. Very knowledgeable, huge list of projects undertaken and mammoth experience. Management faculty was also wonderful who always tried to understand the subject and its theories through practical world and how such theories are being used in various big organization. Most of the faculty members are Ph.D.
