Remarks

My hometown is close to this college and it is the only one college near my place to apply for BBA LLB. This college also helps me to attain my full potential as it pushes us in various ways in order for us to know or strength and weakness.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course I opted is mainly about law therefore most papers are law related and also it helps us to put our perspectives in a view of a business professional as it includes papers of the BBA program as well.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Placement Experience

As a matter of fact there are no job placements in our college but it is a professional course and the faculty sometimes helps us to get enrolled in bar council.

The campus life is eventful it helped me to put my life in a certain perspective. It also taught me about the hardships of life as well as the factor that not to trust anyone completely as the quote says " best friends may very well becomes your worst enemies".

Campus Life

My campus is situated in the heart of kollam city therfore it is accessible to all. The railway station is just 200 meters away and the college is equipped with a good library. The faculty their is resourseful as well as friendly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Data Science is a rising field in computer science. It has lots of oppurtunities in todays world and easy compared to other fields, which made me choose data science. The curriculum consist of various computer programming languages including Python, R and so on which are vital in the field of data science. There are also experienced faculties for teaching of the programming languages. I personally felt that lab hours are not adequate and also the available hours are also not properly utitlised by some teachers. At the end of each semester we have exams and results are published soon as the exams are over, no lagging compared to other universitites.

Placement Experience:

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.
