Remarks

I wanted to take BSc in CS plus this is a government college so tuition fee is quite low.And the college is in very beautiful location. The thing I like about my college is it has very good faculty.Hostel is also available.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course was updated. I have learnt so many programming languages but you have to put a lot of efforts because in college they teach you only limited stuff. Although we weren't provided with enough industrial exposure. The faculties were great.Hem Bhatt was a great teacher.

Class Size: 90Course Fees: INR 9000 per year

Placement Experience

No company visited.The placements are very poor. They say placements are for BCA students but I never saw any company visiting our college or anything like that.

College Events

There were limited cultural activities.You only get to take part in cultural activities only if you are a NCC cadet. But our college organises a fest every year.it's great.you can take part in singing, dancing, etc.

Campus Life

Although I didn't take part in any sport activities but the sports facilities were very good in my college.They said wifi was available but I never got to use it. The library was very big and good.Books were easily available.You can take any book you want to read. Equipments in labs were okay.My computer science lab was very good. Physics lab was also okay.some Equipments were broken,but that's okay.

Hostel Facilities

I was not a part of hostel.I lived in a PG.And that PG was just pathetic.Rent was 5500 per month and it was not worth it.If you are joining DSB campus, please don't go for PG.Hostels are better I must say.

Geu provides best intenrships!

Placement Experience:

In GEU placements are like such that we don't have to bother at all. We are approached by placements cell in the 5th semester and then are trained for the whole month and then university urges us to go for internships to have the required exposure and have a CV which can impress the recruiters first hand. Thus, we get placement which median as of now is 8.5 lakhs.

Placement Experience:

Only the companies that deals in aviation and especially in building defense aviation are the ones where we will be placed. Since, HAL, DRDO and others are ones who have partnered with us, so probably those are the companies where we will be placed.

GEU has the best Placements!

Placement Experience:

McKinsey, Oracle, NVIDIA, Google, TCS, Deloitte and many more come here for placements. Around 15-20 students in 2025 had placements worth over 40 lakhs and four students managed to grab placements worth 50 lakhs or more.

The placements over the college is very very strict they have several criteria that you have to qualify for sitting in to the placement cell other things vevery clear for for the placement as we can get an average placement of 3 lpa and yeah we do get to enhance ask skills through workshops and other things that win organised by college so the placement is I say. average over here

My first and experience of college

Placement Experience:

The placements over here, have a clear cut criteria from the college and the percentage for getting your placement. Cell is like above 75%. You cannot sit below 75% on the placement cell. Also, you have to clear all your backlogs, and there are various companies that offers the internships and also the placements to the universities. There is Microsoft Adobe, many more big companies that do come to the college for placements and internships. also, the placements provided by these companies are also good with the salaries and incentives they provide for the contract, so it was also the main reason that I choose this college

Students are eligible for campus placement after doing there master's degree while being in PhD program average placement package for this course Is 3.6 LPA. Around 30 to 40 percent student got campus placement.
