Remarks

The excellent course provides training in analytics that is essential in the present business scenario. This specialized programme in M.Com (Finance and Analytics) is teaching both finance fundamentals and analysis using the software. A great course for enriching yourself and standing out among the competition.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

Has both theoretical and practical papers. Hence, you will gain both theoretical and practical exposure. Real-time case study simulations help in improving the understanding of the business environment.

Internships Opportunities

5

The internship is compulsory. Gives some industry experience during the course of study. Accountant, Assistant to CA, Store Manager, Sales Executive positions are offered for an internship. A minimum of one month of the internship is compulsory.

Placement Experience

5

At least 33% of the students get placed before the course ends. And, then off-campus placements are 80%. There is a good chance of getting placed. A lot of opportunities are available in Bangalore. Training is provided to be ready for placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is reasonable as advanced software is being taught in this course and the general M.Com programmes without any specialization also have the same fees. So you are getting something extra for the same amount of fees here.

Campus Life

5

It has a beautiful campus and located on top of lighthouse hill. Infrastructure is excellent. Computer Lab is well equipped with the software. Classrooms have projectors. They are spacious as well. There is a department association named Finanza which carries out extracurricular activities for the students.

Interview Experience

5

The admission process is not complicated. The admission is based on merit list prepared by the college for the course. However, if a student has calibre, then on proving your abilities, admission will be given. The student must apply early as the course is in demand and only 30 seats are available. The college does not take donations. Only the expenses of the course are included in the fees.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because it includes subject that matched my intrested and career goal like accounting and taxation. The mix of theory and practical was very effective to do. The curriculum gives a good balance of knowledge and practical skills to prepare well for jobs. They need to use more interactive teaching method instead of only lecturing.

Course Curriculum Overview:

* The comprehensive syllabus in fields like business administration and commerce, offering core subjects like management and finance, influence my decision to choose the course. * While the curriculum prepare students with foundational knowledge\, it doesn't focus much on practical skills, leaving gaps in real-world applications. *The curriculum could benefit from more practical components, such as case studies, industry visits. More interactive teaching mentods like webinars or live sessions would improve student engagemnet and understanding. * Exams are held twice in a year, typically at the end of each semester. The exams are of moderate difficulty, with some students finding it challenging due to the wide syllabus and need for self-descipline.
