Remarks

First of all I am glad to be a part of this Institute as an Interior Design student. YMCA provide good opportunity for its students in term of practical exposure and learning's. Faculties are cooperative and infrastructure provided by the Institute is good. There are two main steps in the admission process. First step is the counselling about course and second one is the Personal Interview with the Director. I prefer this college over others because this Institute provides good opportunity for its students in terms of practical exposure and learning's.

Course Curriculum Overview

YMCA provides market exposure to students along with great faculty members who are ready to help anytime. I choose this course because it is a place where we can enhance our creativity and explore our hidden talent. The faculties are well qualified and interactive. They legitimately care about us as a person and help us work on our weak areas. The exams were timely held and competitive towards the practical environment.

Course Fees: INR 81085 per year

Internships Opportunities

I have done internship in Shree Radhey Interiors and I have done two commercial projects there. My role is to redesign those two projects with proper detailing and designing. I got to knw the work pattern of office during my internship and yes it was a good experience for me working in that firm. I have learnt so many new things there.

Placement Experience

Students become eligible in last semester for campus placements. I have done online internship in Shree Radhe Interiors and the experience was quit good. YMCA providing internship gave a brighter edge to my career. My plan after getting advance diploma is to do work in practical field.

Fees and Financial Aid

This Institute takes academic fees only and for other vast knowledge they provides a big library. This Institute also provides placements to the students in reputed firms.

Campus Life

One of the most interesting and amazing fest held in college is umang fest where different types of curriculum activities are performed and enjoyed. There are many outdoor sports curriculum activities performed like football and basketball etc. There is a huge library in the Institute.

Interview Experience

Institute do Personal Interview and questions they asked are quite practical. For example, What is Interior Design for you and what functions you follow for designing?

The reason for choosing the course was it's relevance with what today's world needs. .Theyhave less space in their room. They are providing only water and their are only 3 machine in fashion designing class room

A good place to study design

In the 4th semester, all the students are eligible for campus placement. placement ratio is approx 90%. Placement in recent times was in Triburg, Rina Dhaka, Super Overseas Pvt. Ltd, Richa Global, etc.

Ivs school of design is the best place to work

Admission:

I Always Wanted to go in the design field but was really confused with the college. after a lot of searches and counseling sessions, but i was not satisfied with the syllabus and their way. One of my friends suggested to me about IVS and i went there for my counseling and i was really fascinated after listening about everything. Their knowledge is not only about books and portfolios, but they also make us face the real and practical world, by conducting various Market surveys and Workshops.
