Remarks
It's one of the most reputed institution in the city although I opted this course on my personal interest towards research and I found Ethiraj would be the perfect choice to persue my UG degree. The college also concentrates on the cultural and other co-curicular activities for the students and sets up a perfect platform to improve our talents with full encouragement from their side. The most attracting thing I found in this institution is that, it gives equal importance to many programmes and events for students as much as provided for academics. By this many youngsters have presumed their dreams and passion. The college also has a wide history of students who succeeded in their life through this esteemed institution. So I think Ethiraj ithself is a best place for every students who wants to follow their heart.
Course Curriculum Overview
The academics is good and the faculties are doing great.The syllabus is quite late but it would be revised soon as possible. Being an arts college there is not much exposure to industries and stuffs. Yet students mandatorily go for their internship programmes arranged by the management.
Placement Experience
We have quite a placement opportunities. The students are placed at good companies oftenly. The entrepreneur cell in college works well and good
College Events
We have lots of cultural and extracurricular activities throughout the year. Many participants form other college can also participate in our events. The college itself well known for its cultural activities.
Fees and Financial Aid
You can get scholarships through the college. I don't know about the loan side. you can get the scholarships what government provides. Other than I don't know these informations.
Campus Life
We have quite a infrastructure since it's an very old institution. Do have a ground for sports and the library is furnished with 60,000 and more books with ebook also. Various sperate labs for each department with upgraded equipments. The campus is cleanly maintained.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel is limited with only 600 seats. The expenses would come around 50000 per year. The rooms and infrastructure is quite good and food is the main thing to be considered.The hostel can be availed on first come first serve basis.
