Remarks
To be honest this college was not my priority and will never be. I had a series of unfortunate incidents that got me here. I've herd that this college used to be good from my seniors. But now I don't think it is sub par with any well known colleges.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is old. You need to build your skills on your own. You cant depend on this college.Academics is fine not great. It is predominantly marks driven. Few faculties are good. You might get Industrial exposure if you are lucky enough.
Placement Experience
It was good a few years back. Now they face a back lag. IT companies are predominant. If you want good placements for core companies, opt for better colleges. If you are interested in IT services, this could be a better place.
College Events
It depends from person to person. Many of my friends had a great time. Unfortunately it just wasn't my type. Campus life wasn't really 'fun'. But I did meet some amazing friends. Extracurricular activities are bare minimum. If you are talented in something, you have to work your ass off to get recognized. Even if the management doesn't support, you gotta do what you gotta do. It's your life at the end.
Campus Life
You can't expect IIT level infrastructure here. They don't really spend on infrastructure. You just get one volley ball ground to play. And that's it. Labs are available. You can work there to gain practical knowledge. But getting permission to work is a difficult process.
