Remarks

It was the one good institution which was available for me via anan University counseling. I was ok any engineering courses, i didn't decide any course so when eie was available in easwari engineering college I took it.

Course Curriculum Overview

It is not well updated. But it does change once in four years as per anna university circulam it is changed. Its circulam is not good enough for modern needs. Industrial exposure is good, we have Industrial visit once or twice a year.

Class Size: 51Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Suriya desh- no stipend

Placement Experience

its good but, getting job in core is very difficult and hardly handful of students gets placed per department. There are more than 20 companies which vist for campus. From tcs, embedded ur, Honeywell, Yokogawa etc.

College Events

It is hard to join other colleges in cultural activities. But technically activities can be participated easily. Campus life is good. We have departmental culturals, and main cultrals, freshers event called swagat.

Campus Life

Labs equipment are limited. We usually share apparatus with our mates. We have a vast library, both main and department library. Wifi is not available for students, it is available only for faculties.

Placement Experience:

Final year students are eligible for campus interview. No companies were visited due to corona. Average package is 2 to 3 lakhs per annum. 20 to 30% students get placement. Definitely went to the job for improving my knowledge.

Beyond the classes: My College Experience

Placement Experience:

Our college is well known for its placements. Almost many MNC companies like Amazon,TCS, visit our college and recruit the top performing students.Students are instructed to do 30 days of internship in remote,hybrid or industrial online before their 6th semester.During the 7th semester, students become eligible to attend the placements. The highes package offered previous year was 21 lakhs per annum and the average package is around 5 lakh per annum. Here students receive 3 options 1. Placement 2. Masters 3. Government Exams . As far off noe, 98%percentage of students who opt for placements get placed. I want to get placed after finishing my degree.

My take on Easwari Engineering College

I had only applied to Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan College, Perambalur, but I cancelled the seat beacuse the staff there did not seem very friendly and the campus looked quite old. I chose Easwari Engineering Colleg because of its good placement oppurtunites and the friendly relationship between staff and students. The admission process here is fairly simple. The eligibility varies for each course, for Automobile Engineering the minimum requirement was 55% in 12th standard. Admission can be taken either through management quota or through TNEA counselling based on cutoff marks.
