Institute Review

Actually, I belong to the Marathwada area and from a Marathi background. I selected this institute in CAP round because of the good reputation of this institute heard from my friend circle. When I came for admission. There was a streamline the process. The professor discussed and asked me each and everything about me as I was from a Marathi background I wasn't that perfect in English still, professor understands and started talking in Marathi that was really felt me comfortable. And she helped me and was with me till my admission process completion. Reasons for referring- I can confidently say that this institute turned me around. I learned I expressed, I performed, I get skilled in this institute and importantly the students come from Marathi and rural Background they feel uncomfortable as I was but each and everyone in this institute made me comfortable.

I opted for the course for a job obviously and I got it before completing the course. Institute having a designated professor for each and every subject and they are best in it as per my knowledge. Most of the professors are a doctorate in their subjects. Yes, there was timely exams, timely assignments.

A bunch of companies offers internships for the students. I got a chance to work as an intern in TATA Teleservices.. without a stipend but they offered me an incentive amount after-sales. I worked and researched for ' Organisational Buying Behaviour'. I got a task for Cold calling and Lead Generation in the first month after that actual sales task was given. And I performed well and got incentives.

The institute has a designated placement officer.. who helps students to get placed and skills for an interview and selection processes. Placements start from the third semester of the course. I can proudly say I got placement from the institute in ADITYA BIRLA RETAIL LTD. Lots of MNCs and biggest companies offer a job for students like PARLE, ADITYA BIRLA RETAIL, DMART, ITC, INFOSYS, SIEMENS, WIPRO, TCS, HUL, THERMAX. I got package of 2.5 lacks per annum. Students are also got packages more than 4 lacks per annum.

I am from OBC category, so I got a scholarship.. Apart from this I got placement from this institute before my course ends.. that was really a good achievement for myself.

Institute runs FUSION annual fest which consists lots of management games and activities lasts for a week.. in which our students and other management students are also participates.. The library in the institute is a PHD resource Centre, having ample space and peaceful environment.. there is ample quantity of books, journals, daily newspapers, reference books also having lots of books other than academics for refreshments and motivation. Classrooms are ventilated. Having projectors and whiteboard for teaching.. Institute conducts sessions like Personality development, Interview skills, soft skills, entrepreneurship development, for betterment and motivation for students Proudly I can say this institute is only Management institute in the University of Pune which conducts NSS.. As a part of NSS we use to perform activities like 'Swacchta Abhiyan' , 'Tree plantation' , 'Nirmalya Collection on Ganpati Visarjan' , ' Awareness Rallies ' , 'NSS camp'
