Course Curriculum Overview
During my under graduation in National PG college i learned many things in detail like salesmanship, export import, company law, taxation, commercial law, management accounting and all these subjects were taught by experienced teachers. This all helped in cracking the interview for getting a top-notch college for MBA. There were placements even after completion of Bcom. Various seminars are held by the industrialists.
Placement Experience
Students can get placed even after their Under Graduation course even in Bcom and BA though Bsc and Msc studenys get a better placements than any other course students. All the students that sit in placement process are guided seprately.
College Events
Various events like orientation, Workshops, seminars regularly take place im college amd various days like independence day republic day etc are very well celebarted but they do not organise any individual event. They are good at academic front but average at extracurricular front.
Fee Structure And Facilities
My program was Bcom and as my rank was good in entrance exam i was provided regular seat having 5500 fees per year and those students who did not get regular seat got paid seat having 21000 as fees. There are no additional charges but during examinations a seperate examination form is to filled.
Fees and Financial Aid
Both regular and paid seat students can get a government scholarship. Theyhave to first fill a form of scholarship available on govt website then they have to submit that form to college along with other documenys and then they get scholarship whivh is equal to their fees paid.
Campus Life
They gender ration was 800 boys per 1000 girls. Taking about extra curricular activites. My college does not have many extra curricular activities but it is good in academic front.Though many seminars, workshops and orientations are held about social issues. Ieven participated in a workshop names innovative techniques of water conservation.
Hostel Facilities
I haven't opted for the hostel. So i don't have much information regarding hostels. But my friends who stayed in hostel told me that the hostel is good there is proper discipline and maintaince.hostel food is also good and they cannot go outside after 9.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni are well placed in different sectors earning well. I interacted wid an alumni who is placed at World Bamk groups as and on of my known alumni is placed at google he is a risk analyst.
Admission
I have a keen interest in learning about various practices of marketing accountancy so i opted for commerce in class 12 so that led to Bcom as my course during undergraduation. I choose National PG college as my college because it is one of the best college for commerce in lucknow. I gave entrance test and then i got selected for the regular seat given on the basis of rank regular seats have low fees. And then after the counselling process classes commenced.
Faculty
There were 2 sections for regular year students and 3 sections for paid year students. And there were total of 3 classes in a day. The average age of professors were 35-40 years and they all were Phd holders. They all had speacialisation im the subjects that they taught they even provided extra knowledge that was not given in the books.
