Course Curriculum Overview
This Civil engineering course have 8 semesters & 1 year have 2 semesters. Also 1 semester is a combination of oral-project-internal marks & written exams. It is held by sppu i.e. Savitribai Phule Pune University. I think Course module is a little bit out dated.
Placement Experience
Not good, when it comes to placements & jobs. I haven't seen any good companies coming for interview or campus selection
College Events
Astitva is the main event, which happens once in a year to celebrate college & school gathering for students & their parents. Where many celebrities visited the college campus area for this festive purpose & to entertain the students. Good example of a well managed show
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees structure is too high as we all know, fees structure in India is dependant on the caste system. For open category fees is around 90,000+ for obc fees is around 52,000+ for sbc & ntc fees is around 15,000 & for sc,nt fees is around only 2000 to 4000
Fees and Financial Aid
Documents required are, aadhar card, pan card, non creamy layer, domicile certificate of India, Nationality certificate for India
Campus Life
5-6 labs are there present in the college, mechanical workshop is also there, when it comes to campus ares, it's nature centred college & a lot of greenery is there & perfect for the study purpose. There are many competitions in Astitva festival & they're enjoyable.
Hostel Facilities
No I haven't opted for the hostel, as I live in the nearby city, which is actually 30-35 kms away from college, so I used to travel by private car everyday. So there was no need to opted for a hostel & live there.
Alumni/Alumna
No. It was not helpful & also very less attention seeking when it comes go alumni network & senior students
Admission
For better future of India & to be a good civil engineer & also to get a good package from this course to live a well settled life. Civil engineering course is lil bit out dated when it comes to practically performed. Not more than 10% knowledge is used while implementing in real life
Faculty
Daily 6 lectures from Monday to friday. Saturday & Sunday is off for the weekend. This is basically out of nashik located, that's why lectures are not compulsory here & no compulsion for attendance in college. Anyone can bunk lectures anytime but the only prob is you can't go home.
