Course Curriculum Overview
The course structure for MA economics is quite varied and there is a lot of focus on Indian economy throughout. Data interpretation is given a lot of emphasis. The schedule is not that hectic due to flexibility of classes.
Placement Experience
The placement cell of the college is average and few companies visit and recruit students. The placement rate is not that high since professional courses are not provided enough. Internships are also offered as a part of summer vacations.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure for the first year Ma course is Rs 5.3K. I think it's quite feasible and affordable for everyone considering the fact that whole masters will be completed in 10k. All the facilities are also at par.
Campus Life
The extracurricular activities are in the form of various guest lectures, webinars and seminars conducted for students. Online competitions are also held through quizzes. Debates and discussions also have marked their place in the campus.
Admission
Admission to the post graduate courses is based on the marks obtained in the entrance exam conducted by the University. Apart from that, 50% marks of graduation are also considered. Applications are available online.
Faculty
The faculty of the college is really nice and are supportive too. The teachers in the Economics department are highly qualified and always have the energy and passion to teach us with same zeal and enthusiasm.
